They quickly understood what made Era and our technologies unique.What impressed us the most was how they handled what initially seemed like an almost impossible challenge. A careers website should be about people, but due to the nature of our business and internal security policies, we aren’t allowed to publish photographs of our employees. Instead of seeing this as a limitation, Newlogic Digital came up with a creative solution that successfully communicated our employer brand without relying on employee photography. The final result feels authentic, modern, and perfectly aligned with Era’s identity.Another detail we really appreciated was their forward-thinking approach. Even though we can’t currently publish employee photos, they prepared the CMS so that a photo gallery can easily be added in the future if our internal policies change. That level of planning and attention to long-term usability reflects the way they approach projects as a whole.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing significant comes to mind.During the preparation of the final master service agreement (MSA) and SLA, our legal team suggested a few revisions to the contractual wording. Newlogic Digital was open to discussing these changes and accommodated our requirements without creating unnecessary obstacles or delays.This collaborative and flexible approach reflected the way they handled the entire project. We were very satisfied not only with the technical delivery but also with the commercial and legal aspects of our cooperation.
