Lubries es una empresa mexicana especializada en servicios y soluciones para la industria. Ayudamos a nuestros clientes a mejorar la confiabilidad de sus activos, optimizar sus procesos y reducir sus costos operativos mediante soluciones en áreas como aire comprimido, generación de nitrógeno en sitio, sistemas térmicos y de vapor, lubricación y filtración industrial.

El proyecto consistió en la reingeniería y reposicionamiento integral del sitio web de Lubries. El alcance incluyó la reestructuración de la arquitectura de navegación, actualización del diseño y comunicación, y desarrollo de una plataforma moderna, funcional y adaptable. 

Buscábamos transformar la página de un enfoque principalmente comercial hacia una comunicación más orientada a nuestras soluciones, servicios y experiencia en la industria. También era importante contar con una plataforma escalable que nos permitiera incorporar nuevos contenidos y soluciones en el futuro, manteniendo y fortaleciendo el posicionamiento digital que ya habíamos construido. 

El principal resultado esperado era contar con una página que representara mejor quiénes somos actualmente, comunicara con mayor claridad nuestra propuesta de valor y funcionara como una herramienta para apoyar a nuestro crecimiento y posicionamiento en el mercado industrial. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

El proyecto se encuentra actualmente en proceso, por lo que todavía no contamos con métricas posteriores al lanzamiento que nos permitan medir resultados como incremento de tráfico, generación de leads y conversiones. 

A la fecha, el progreso se refleja principalmente en la ejecución del proyecto: se ha desarrollado una nueva estructura del sitio, reorganizado nuestro portafolio de soluciones y servicios y avanzado en una plataforma más moderna, funcional y escalable. 

Una vez concluido el proyecto y que la nueva página tenga suficiente tiempo en operación, podremos evaluar indicadores como tráfico orgánico, generación de prospectos, conversiones y posicionamiento SEO para medir cuantitativamente el impacto. 

La gestión del proyectos ha sido muy buena. Los entregables se han presentado en los tiempos acordados y, cuando hemos solicitado cambios o ajustes, el equipo ha respondido de manera rápida y eficiente. 

Siempre han mostrado disposición para entender nuestras necesidades y adaptarse a ellas. La comunicación con Omar y Roberto ha sido excelente y nos ha permitido avanzar de manera fluida durante todo el proyecto.

What challenge were you trying to address with Newemage?

We needed to develop the first version of our project at a reasonable cost and time.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Newemage developed our platform from scratch, including UI/UX design, full-stack development, and AI automation. The team created the complete UI/UX design, ensuring an intuitive flow for car buyers and sellers. Newemage built a fully functional web app using Angular for the frontend and PHP Laravel and Node.js for the backend, supported by a PostgreSQL database. The team also developed the mobile version of the platform for iOS and Android and implemented AI-driven automation processes to streamline operations and enhance the platform's efficiency.

We found Newemage through an online search. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We successfully launched a stable, high-quality product to the market. We launched a fully functional web and mobile platform with zero critical bugs, which is rare for a first release. The AI automations Newemage built worked from day one, saving us a massive amount of manual work in verifying car listings and onboarding new sellers. 
Before the AI automations, manually verifying a car listing was estimated to take about 50–60 minutes per vehicle. With the AI tools Newemage built, this process now takes less than 10 minutes, representing an 80% reduction in manual processing time. This automation has allowed our small internal team to handle the initial wave of listings without needing to hire extra operational staff, saving us significant overhead costs.Within the first month of going live, we successfully onboarded our first 30 active listings and users. 
The platform handled the traffic and data sync between the web and mobile apps smoothly, with zero downtime. Our very first users found the platform incredibly intuitive, proving that the 10 months of design and development truly paid off. We set up basic tracking using Google Analytics to monitor how early users interacted with the platform. Since buying or selling a car is a highly transactional activity rather than a daily habit, our focus wasn't on daily retention but rather on funnel completion and engagement. 
We saw an average session duration of about 4–5 minutes for users who started the car-listing process. This was a great indicator because it showed users were highly engaged and actively moving through the multi-step form Newemage designed. Thanks to the intuitive UI/UX, the drop-off rate during the vehicle upload flow was remarkably low. Most users who started listing a car completed the process on their first try.

How did Newemage perform from a project management standpoint?

Newemage's project management was great — very organized, transparent, and always easy to reach via WhatsApp and meetings. We did finish a bit later than originally planned, but it was a mutual decision. As the project evolved, we asked for a few changes and wanted to polish the AI features further. Newemage was super flexible about it; they didn't rush just to hit a date, choosing instead to focus on quality. We really appreciated that they managed these adjustments smoothly without blowing up our budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me the most was Newemage's genuine commitment to the project. They didn't just act as a development agency; they felt like true partners who cared about the product's success. It's also rare to find a team that can handle everything so well under one roof. They transitioned seamlessly from high-quality UI/UX design to complex backend development and AI integrations without losing momentum. Their flexibility and ability to adapt to our changing needs as a startup was definitely their biggest strength.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be defining the project scope a bit more clearly right from the start. Toward the end, we had a minor misunderstanding about what was included in a specific phase. Fortunately, because their communication was so good, we were able to sit down, talk it through, and resolve it quickly without it affecting the project or our relationship. Having a slightly more detailed scope document early on would have prevented that minor confusion.
