The application was created to assist in the audit related to dental facilities and contained a specialized survey engine to create and respond to queries, picture scanning, appointments, document signing, cost reporting, and tracking.

Newdeez has managed to achieve the first development in the budget and within the proposed time despite the restrictions of the pandemic to use the full apps. They have also played a direct role in getting a new commercial client, without them we would not have been in a position to do this.

Newdeez created my app on his own and based it on the UI design I offered. Firstly, we are developing the app in iOS. It is aimed at producing an excellent product that will really benefit individuals- not one more generic app. I would like this application to shine and even get a possibility to be awarded as App of the Year. In order to do that, I understood I had to have a strong and enthusiastic team, and Newdeez was able to deliver on that.

I used not to have an app in the App Store before. It generally operates without issues and any bugs are small (such as icons or size of images) and can be addressed easily. Newdeez is responsive in bug fixing and support even following launch.

When an AWS server problem emerged, they accessed their in-house specialists and discovered the solution promptly and addressed it immediately. The positive feedback of our current users such as our friends is encouraging and this is a big boost to us since we are in the process of scaling.

Their project manager is superb- activities are not hard to track and the feedback mechanisms are transparent. I test in TestFlight, log in Jira and team close them in an efficient manner. Their work is professional and easy to follow.
