• Purpose:
  • Questions to be made to evaluate the different KPI on a company or business culture
  • Sequence of the questions and how answers change or modify the sequence
• Evaluation:
  • Evaluate and define the UX to facilitate an accurate response from those that fill the survey
  • Facilitate the understanding on the question to collect even answers
• Score:
  • Evaluate the business rules to be applied depending on the different type of companies
  • Understand the influence that waterfalls from different answers

We were co-working space colleagues, and their economic proposal along with the ability to work together were the deciding factors

We developed a retail financial platform with connections to multiple 3rd party APIs, a mobile app and a basic backoffice using a CRM.

Being a small company, the recruitment was performed and discussed directly by the co-founders.

We were able to complete the platform development successfully.

We developed a healthy working relationship, especially when our company provided the team lead, and their staff augmentation service contributed the manpower.

They were really helpful and went the extra mile to find the resources we needed.

At the time they needed more senior developers to be able to lead development. They´ve probably fixed that by now.
