Nevtec's scope of work includes providing ongoing IT support, Microsoft Oulook and email troubleshooting. coordination with Microsoft during service interruptions, and implementation of enhance security measures to protect our data. Their key deliverables include rapid communication, and ongoing support to ensure our systems remain secure, efficient and operational.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in minimal email downtime, a timely restoration of Microsoft Outlook services, and faster issue resolution through Nevtec's coordination with Microsoft. Additional security measures were implemented through our company to better protect our data, and follow-up support confirmed that systems remained operationaland users were able to work without further disruption.

I’m the financial controller of ZÜCA, a manufacturing company. We design and manufacture durable, versatile, and stylish carry-all bags with built-in seats, catering to students, professionals, travelers, and pet owners for convenient and organized transport of belongings.

Nevtec has configured our servers and migrated our data and Microsoft Office 365 accounts. In a very short time, they’ve gotten us up and running with a new system.

Their communication has been consistently prompt, thoughtful, and easy to follow. Nevtec took over as our IT Department and MSP. They onboarded all of our users, migrated our email to Microsoft 365 and data to SharePoint.  They hardened our Cyber Security by installing the approved security stack we needed to be secure. That included MDR, MFA, Email Security and Encryption and much more.

Migrate all email, SharePoint and One Drive data without losing data and minimal downtime. Install Cyber Security solutions to ensure we are protected, and onboard the client as a MSP customer

The project management team was excellent. They started with a project kickoff with all of the details that we needed to know. They kept us informed during the process.  There was a challenge becasue of our our email had been setup previously. The team worked diligently to resolve the issue and complete the project.  They were very responsive to our needs.

Their communication and determination to get things done. We had some preexisting issues and they tackeled each obsticle without gicing up.  Also, they function as a business partner, offering solutions on how to run our company better. That has been very helpful.

No down time. Nevtec has been quick to respond to any issues that came up. We have encountered IT issues over the years and Nevtec has always been responsive and able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.

Their ability to resolve our issues. For me personally, I believe that I can handle a lot of tech related issues but whenever I am unable to resolve something myself, Nevtec is always there to step in and resolve what needs to be done. If there is something that was never able to be completed on their end, Nevtec always provided alternative solutions to help resolve the issue.

We were impressed with the information and examples Nevtec presented to our staff. As a result, our staff was more aware and cautious. For instance, we saw an increase in email requests to verify questionable emails and attachments and more concern with network security regarding remote access.

Nevtec always met our project schedule expectations and reallocated staff as needed. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
