We partnered with Nevtec to create an environment of stability and productivity within our company by eliminating IT issues and having quick resposne times when needed. We had issues with our previous IT department and Nevtec solved all of our problems with this.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

No down time. Nevtec has been quick to respond to any issues that came up. We have encountered IT issues over the years and Nevtec has always been responsive and able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.

Nevtec responded to our needs in a timely manner and resolved all issues we had. Whenever we need anything, Nevtec has been there for us and able to handle any issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to resolve our issues. For me personally, I believe that I can handle a lot of tech related issues but whenever I am unable to resolve something myself, Nevtec is always there to step in and resolve what needs to be done. If there is something that was never able to be completed on their end, Nevtec always provided alternative solutions to help resolve the issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nevtec could have done differently?

At the moment no.
