Nevtec took over as our IT Department and MSP. They onboarded all of our users, migrated our email to Microsoft 365 and data to SharePoint. They hardened our Cyber Security by installing the approved security stack we needed to be secure. That included MDR, MFA, Email Security and Encryption and much more.

Migrate all email, SharePoint and One Drive data without losing data and minimal downtime. Install Cyber Security solutions to ensure we are protected, and onboard the client as a MSP customer

The project management team was excellent. They started with a project kickoff with all of the details that we needed to know. They kept us informed during the process. There was a challenge becasue of our our email had been setup previously. The team worked diligently to resolve the issue and complete the project. They were very responsive to our needs.

Their communication and determination to get things done. We had some preexisting issues and they tackeled each obsticle without gicing up. Also, they function as a business partner, offering solutions on how to run our company better. That has been very helpful.

No down time. Nevtec has been quick to respond to any issues that came up. We have encountered IT issues over the years and Nevtec has always been responsive and able to resolve the issues quickly and efficiently.

Nevtec responded to our needs in a timely manner and resolved all issues we had. Whenever we need anything, Nevtec has been there for us and able to handle any issues.

Their ability to resolve our issues. If there is something that was never able to be completed on their end, Nevtec always provided alternative solutions to help resolve the issue.
