I am the CEO of ConnecxGuardSolutionsInc., a risk management audit and compliance SAAS company for healthcare organizations

What challenge were you trying to address with NeurOOceansAI?

We needed a trusted development partner to bring our MVP to life and support the build-out of a scalable platform beyond the initial launch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NeurOOceansAI was responsible for full-stack development, including UI/UX design and end-to-end application build. They have played a key role in both the initial development and ongoing enhancements of the platform.

We discovered NeurOOceansAI through online research, the platform Upwork. Their strong ratings, cultural alignment, and clear expertise made them a standout choice. After one conversation I was impressed and knew that this was the perfect team for the job. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing as we continue to expand and enhance the platform.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

NeurOOceansAI has successfully delivered key components of our platform, including a fully functional MVP. Their work has enabled us to move from concept to execution, and we’ve been able to track consistent progress through clearly defined milestones. Their responsiveness in addressing issues and implementing improvements has directly contributed to the stability and usability of the application.

How did NeurOOceansAI perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed extremely well. Communication has been consistent, transparent, and reliable across multiple channels including virtual meetings, email, and messaging platforms. They integrate well with our internal workflows, and their responsiveness and accountability have made collaboration seamless.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to translate complex ideas into a functional, well-designed product is truly impressive. They combine strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of business needs, which allowed them to build a solution that is both practical and scalable. Their adaptability and commitment to delivering quality work stand out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At this stage, we have not identified any major areas for improvement. The team has been highly responsive to feedback and continuously works to refine and improve the product.
