I’m the founder and CEO of Ancla Plumbing, a plumbing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neuron Web?

We needed help with IT management, cybersecurity, and website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Neuron Web has built a remote cloud desktop for our software to live in. The team also manages our Microsoft Office 365 licenses and provides ongoing IT support and cybersecurity. In addition, Neuron Web has built our company website and provides ongoing maintenance and updates.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Neuron Web.

They were referred to me.

We worked togehter in May 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our website looks much better and cleaner than before, and we’re getting more traffic. In addition, Neuron Web has met all our IT and cybersecurity needs. Our internal team and customers have given positive feedback; everyone loves the new website.

How did Neuron Web perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time; they built the entire website in about two days. We communicate via email and messaging apps.
