NuroSpark team had a Project Manager allocated to the project, who was well versed with project management concepts, Agile / Scrums. 

The team was on time wrt to the deliverables. There were minor instances where the spring took a day longer than expected ( which is part and parcle of project execution), and the NSWS team reported that upfront, and provided a plan to meet the overall timelines by putting additional efforts rquired to catch up. 

Responding to the needs started with me ( as customer) clearly explaning the needs to NSWS team. NSWS team was open to ask questions to ensure their understanding is correct.
