Neural Coders helped an employability and entrepreneurship accelerator company develop a SaaS educational platform. The technology stack included WordPress, AWS, Amazon Lightsail, LearnDash, and BuddyBoss.

Neural Coders found excellent solutions and delivered a platform that met the client’s expectations. The team accomplished every deliverable with great quality, leveraging ClickUp, Trello, and Loom to collaborate. Moreover, they were adaptable, cybersecurity-oriented, and great at problem-solving.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO and founder of Inntuitivo, an employability and entrepreneurship accelerator with educational services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neural Coders?

We needed help with developing our platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Neural Coders helped us develop our SaaS platform on WordPress, adding various features and extensions. Initially, they put together a plan detailing the timeline and deliverables, which they then executed. We had already built some documentation from scratch internally, and we also hired a UI/UX design company to provide us with the mock-ups. Therefore, Neural Coders was in charge of the software development only.

Additionally, they were in charge of setting up the site’s infrastructure, which included hosting it in AWS and setting up Amazon Lightsail. They also helped us with everything related to its usage, reporting, and metrics tracking. Moreover, Neural Coders taught us how to control the performance of the usage and traffic of the site.

This platform is built on WordPress, integrating different technologies like LearnDash and BuddyBoss to allow social interaction. We have our courses embedded in LearnDash within the website so that users can consume our educational content. We have different subscription and membership models, as well as different educational content. Some of this content focuses on entrepreneurship, while other content focuses on employability.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a product owner, two developers, and one QA engineer from Neural Coders. Moreover, their CTO and their CEO oversaw the entire project.

How did you come to work with Neural Coders?

I found them online, but I had also heard good things about them in the inner circles of my country. I know that they had good, important clients, great referrals, and good services. Additionally, Neural Coders had the technical skills and the entrepreneurial acumen to put our portal in place. Thus, I requested a quote, and they gave me a price. Then, we negotiated that price and the payments, after which we decided to work together.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–March 2023. The project lasted around two and a half months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Neural Coders provided us with a great service and came up with various solutions to deliver a good website for us. The solution met our expectations.

How did Neural Coders perform from a project management standpoint?

Neural Coders’ project management was very good. They knew how to deliver, accomplishing every deliverable on the scope with great quality. We had a staging environment so that we could detect bugs and solve them before going to production, and their team was always keen to fix those bugs.

As for project management tools, Neural Coders used ClickUp, and we used Trello. Thus, we shared backlogs with each other. Additionally, we had several touchpoints throughout the project, and we used Loom for asynchronous communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Neural Coders has found success with many US clients because their team is comprised of teammates who can solve technical problems; they’re very good in that regard. What I liked about them was that they were always learning and trying to find workarounds and solutions for our challenges.

They were also very adaptable and had great customer service, constantly striving to help us out and make us happy. Throughout the project, they constantly tried to remove blockers from our way.

As general feedback, Neural Coders is a young team willing to take the world. They have a very good sense of the entrepreneurial style, as well as a great focus on the cybersecurity side of the development to ensure there are no security breaches.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would have been great if Neural Coders had paid more attention to detail during QA so that the product was perfect. Still, that’s a work in progress.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should hire Neural Coders for your custom software development projects. If you do so, your platform will be safe because they’re experts in cybersecurity. They’re also very professional, supportive, and great at making custom software from scratch, so they will help you solve any problem.

Neural Coders developed our vehicle sales and purchase form platform. The platform is very secure and of high quality. The platform allows users to register and allows them to log in. In addition, it allows you to generate quite advanced filters to find specific vehicles. The page has high speed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The success of the project executed by Neural Coders in developing a web platform for buying and selling cars in Costa Rica and Panama can be demonstrated through various measurable outcomes.

User Engagement serves as a crucial indicator of success. The more users the platform attracts, both in terms of registrations and active participation, the more successful the project can be deemed.
Active user interactions with car listings showcase the platform's effectiveness. Listing Growth is another significant outcome to consider. An increasing number of car listings on the platform indicates its appeal to both buyers and sellers, making it a thriving marketplace.
Conversion Rates are key in assessing the project's success. High conversion rates, whether in terms of user registrations, inquiries to sellers, or completed transactions, reflect the platform's user-friendliness and efficiency.
Transaction Volume is an important metric to evaluate. A growing number of car sales facilitated through the platform demonstrates its effectiveness in connecting buyers and sellers.
