Various staff augmentation services for a multitude of clients and projects over a 9year+ period. included everything from site redesigns, refactoring sites, building new ecommerce and websites to maintenance and support.

If things were ever an issue they always showed strong ownership to handle and resolve those problems. For the most part though resources were provided as-is and then we integrated them into our PM services.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

NetMidas has demonstrated great care and a strong desire to work together over the years. I haven't felt like we are just a customer but instead we have developed a close enough relationship that we look out for each other. It's the lind of remote-relationship you are looking for but rarely find.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NetMidas could have done differently?

Most of our concerns came from getting support on smaller engagements but this is not really a negative to them, it is just hard and impractical to sometimes support and extend a company for engagements that are too small and unpredictable. Sometimes we could not get a replacement in a skill area that we were always using when someone left or stopped working with us, and that is unfortunate but the markets are not always avaialalbe in all countries to do quick resource switches without disruption. Otherwise they have always been a good partner.

NetMidas has provided rapid headhunting and talent acquisition. Every employee we've acquired through NetMidas is still with us. We've never had to fire an employee or had an employee leave us, so we have no turnover.

NetMidas is very quick and effective. We can typically hire within 3–4 weeks. The team delivers on time and is very professional. We communicate via virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.

I'm the managing director of a business services company. We specialize in recruiting and placing talent for management consulting firms, using a data-driven, efficient approach to deliver high-quality candidates quickly and cost-effectively for entrepreneurial and growing organizations.

We have a client base of companies in the US that require strong technical and professional services talent but are looking for lower-cost, high-quality talent and generally a combination of both.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We work with NetMidas to source candidates from different functional and industry areas across Latin America. The main deliverables are candidates for a master data management (MDM) project. In this particular case, a client was looking for junior and mid-level technology resources. NetMidas has been responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates in partnership.
