We've had a great experience, especially working with Pavlo; he's a top expert. Our infrastructure and speed are consistent, and we don't have much downtime. Overall, there's more transparency in our monitoring system of server health. We added all the sites into our monitoring system, and when the site is down, we instantly get notified on Slack, which helps us fix issues faster.
