The work was backend coding of an online platform we were creating, we needed multiple pages modified to better present our content in the style we needed which was accessible via the standard templates and limitations within our platform. Net Spark delivered everything we needed after a couple of rounds of fixes and adjustments.

Our platform is not yet launched so we have no outcome other than my own which was being very happy with the service provided and within the time schedule given.

Email was our main form of communication, everything was quite clear and easy to communicate but it did require a few rounds of adjustments to tweak everything.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most stand-out points were that they were straight to the point and easy to work with, which allowed us to get to our desired goal as soon as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Maybe asking a few more questions in regards to the platform we were working on and if it needed to be compatible with multiple devices. The platform we were working on has to be viewable and easy to use across all platforms but the only focus was on the PC viewer's experience without thinking about the common way the site would be viewed across all devices. It would have been nice if they had just assumed that was the case since it common practice usually or asked if they needed to worry about the other devices. Either way, everything was finally fixed and it all turned out well.

We are due to go live tomorrow and are excited to see the reaction from our customers. We will continue to work with Netspark to ensure our SEO marketing is as good as our website.

I bombarded them with information, which for some companies is a struggle, but they dealt with it really well. I often change my idea on certain bits half way through (again wasn't a problem for them)

We are impressed by the time they take to make sure everything is exactly how you'd hoped and expected it to be. I sent some artwork over which wasn't great, but they did their magic and now it looks great!

The website looks fantastic, and we are improving it on a daily basis. I received 5 orders within 24 hours of the site going live, so that was an excellent surprise.

You might think that being separated by a 12 hour time difference would make things difficult. Not really. I load up the chat with questions, and Net Spark Solutions works on them and answers right away. I am often the delay for things on our project, not Net Spark Solutions.

Their skills, knowledge, patience, kindness, trustworthiness, and cost of services were impressive. Every time I needed to purchase software or extensions or whatever, Net Spark Solutions always gave me the best options at the lowest cost.
