The brief was much more than the creation of an e-commerce website, it was to build a B2C platform that was scalable, highly integrated and would form the basis of a long term partnership.

We were looking for a long term partner that would grow with our business, handle the changing requirements of the industry we are in, and be flexible enough to accomodate all the ad-hoc and unexpected demands that are typical of a fast growing organisation.

As an FMCG company we are focussed on uptime, reliability, and scalability.

We needed a system that could handle high transaction volumes while integrating to complex  and bespoke back end systems.

There would be a constant flow of functional enhancement requests which needed to be addressed effectively, while ways of working needed to dovetail into our operations.

We had a dedicated PM at all times who acted as a very effective conduit between the various teams on both sides. Having worked with many third party PM's who need constant oversight, the Net Solutions PM would provide accurate estiamtes for times and costs and consistently deliver his teams work to those agreed parameters.

It was also useful to us that the Net Solutions teams did not change personnel frequently, so the PM and other teams members came to understand our business, were able to build relationships across the organisations, and ended up being an extension to our own teams.

I found the willingness of Net Solutions to flex with us and support our changing demands, extremely valuable. Like any large organisation, things sometimes come unexpectedly and require a very rapid reaction. We had this level of commitment from Net Solutions, with them agreeing special support arrangements and providing access to all the right people whenever the event demanded it.

It felt like Net Solutions was an extension of my own team, accommodating every one of our requests as if they were personally invested in the outcome.

Initially we partnered with Net Solutions in a 'we tell, they do' type relationship.

After a number of years, recognising the knowledge that Net Solutions had built up about our business and technology stacks, we transitioned Net Solutions to a more collaborative and consultative arrangement. To begin with this was not an easy transition as Net Solutions had traditionally looked to us to determine how system solutions should look, but over time we achieved the needed level of involvement.

Harmony will provide a seamless experience for our customers whether purchasing pre-need, at-need, or transitioning from one to the other, increase productivity by removing double-keying efforts, and will foster collaboration amongst teams, further promoting the value of our service.

Everything that came out of their mouths turned out to be a lie. They tell you what you want to hear and as time goes on it turns out they have no idea what they are doing and don't have the ability to do what they said they could do.

They said they spent countless hours on our custom site and proposed many things to improve the site. They said they did many of the easy things and billed thousand of hours before they were caught in their lies and admitted they could not help us with what we came to them for.

This joint is the epitome of everything unethical doing IT business. They will tell you everything you want to hear, milk all the money they can get from you, and put on a great show. Until you realize they have no idea what they are doing and everything they have told you is lies.

Sameer took my money promising results and then thousands of man-hours into the project he admits they can't even do the work I hired them to do. Abhay in sales is an accomplice in the whole scam. Samaeer the company owner sold my code to one of my competitors. These guys can't be trusted. Avoid at all cost!!!!

It was a horrible experience that cost our business a lot of sleepless nights, money travel, and time.

The vendor responded on November 20, 2020.

Net Solutions did the work against a list of tasks signed-off by the client in a Time & Materials (T&M) engagement. The tasks were primarily focused around making the site reach a basic level of stability so that it could go live. The scope was always clear and Net Solutions had always maintained what it would and would not do. The engagement lasted a little over 2 months in 2017 and was terminated due to non-payment of outstanding invoices. Thousands of hours were never expended, billed, or paid for.

The claim that the code was sold to an unnamed competitor is false. Only the contracting signatories or those they authorise in written ever get access to any assets produced, including code.

Net Solutions gives each engagement the same focus and quality of care irrespective of its size. The transparency in the work done, processes followed, and a deep involvement to ensure client success is a hallmark of Net Solutions, evidenced in review after review on Clutch.
