We hired NeonCup Studio to make a video about our technology, to explain how it works.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to increase brand awareness.

How did you select this vendor?

I cooperate with NeonCup Studio since 2017 and we knew that they are best option to create this video.

After meeting with our team NeonCup prepared fed ideas for the video and after acceptation one of them they sheduled all interviews in 4 towns and 3 countries, did everything as we asked them.

They provided one person responsible for camera and one for sound.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After releasing a video we saw that people are starting to know our mission and what we want to accomplish.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Shooting was divided for 4 days, after each day we received feedback from NeonCup Studio with details and ideas for next days. It was very helpful.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I think for me the most impressive thing is the quality of work and the imagination of the creators. They created a very good visual story which is in line with our brand.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We did it in time, there were no problem with communication so I don't think there is room for improvements.

We hired NeonCup Studio for 3 video productions. Two commercials and one testimonial video.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal was to reach new customers and get opportunity to sell one of the biggest mansion in south Poland.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for video company who is familiar with drones and real estate productions. We decided to cooperate with NeonCup Studio because of theirs portfolio.

I showed them mansion which we wanted to sell and give them just one info - this should be a video about us. They prepared idea for the movie which we liked and they prepared full script.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

It was three person crew. One video operator, two drone pilots and one person for lights. We did all shooting in 2 days. After that in next 3 days we received draft video which we liked and asked just for few improvements and our project was ready!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mostly we need to wait to sell big mansion for example 1-2 months, here we found a buyer in 2 weeks. Of course it could be luck but on the other hand, after video we were able to get few more luxury clients who wanted to buy or sell a house.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As it was our first that big project we were nervous if everything will be fine but after first meeting with NeonCup Studio we knew that it will be fun. And it was. Atmosphere on a set was great! They knew from the beginning that we need to sell this house quickly so just 2 days after agreement we've been on a set.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I didn't know how complicated is the proccess to record such commercial. I couldn't image how it will be looking on a computer or TV but when I saw results it was just 'Wow.' The final effect was like a high budget TV commercial!

Are there any areas for improvement?

They did a fantastic job on every aspect of this project, I don't know if there is any room for improvement :).

Firstly we asked NeonCup Studio to prepare brief about this project based on informations which we have sent them. Next thing was location scouting and then shooting. After that in next few days we received final video as required. We needed it fast and they did it.

We are very happy as we were informed about every steps of this project during production and postproduction.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Final video did perfect job as we've got full schedule booked for repairs in our service right after video went online.

We asked NeonCup to take care of whole project and they did perfect job. We were informed about everything so we could decide on every step if we want to change something.

Their workflow and knowledge about the automotive industry were very helpful for this particular project.

I work with NeonCup to create high-quality movie material necessary to run effective advertising campaigns. Filip, the owner is a very experienced, competent and above all creative person. Definitely a person created to work on film material.

The goal was to create a visually appealing video ad that fueled the result for my clients' brands

Filip was recommended to me by a friendly agency

The film material covered several days and was created for a large Polish fashion brand. We created various shots in different places to fill all available advertising formats.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Three people from neoncup were involved in the project: camera operator, helper and editor. The film material included about 5 hours of recording on the basis of which several versions of the final advertising material were created in various formats.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The advertising material met with very positive viewers' responses in social media campaigns. Has generated ranges much larger than previous campaigns. The target customer was very pleased with the results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After meeting the target customer and NeonCup, we created the appropriate design table on the Trello platform where we wrote out the goals and means to achieve them. The film material was created almost without my participation and fully met my and my client's expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Filip, the owner, has an excellent sense of how we want to see things on the screen. You can see that working with the camera gives him great pleasure and can transfer this enthusiasm to the people he works with. He is creative and can show things from a perspective we would not even think of before.

Are there any areas for improvement?

NeonCup is a small agency and sometimes you have to wait for deadlines, but the footage that they produce fully compensates
