I’m the co-founder of a backend office assistance company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neo Media Design?

We needed a website and didn’t have a big budget.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our site using WordPress. They created a basic site with a few pages and a nice layout. They also found high definition pictures to put on the site and provided a logo.

We worked with three people from their team.

How did you come to work with Neo Media Design?

I found them via Google and really liked how their site looked. I contacted 3–4 other vendors and ultimately decided Neo Media was the best.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about 500–700 pounds (approximately $630–$900 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in May 2020, and we wrapped up in January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were a ten out of ten. We really like their quality of the work and the approach that they took with this simple project. They were always open to our opinion and always had a good response and a high-quality result.

How did Neo Media Design perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated on WhatsApp and then sent a few emails back and forth. It was a very relaxed communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very honest with how things were progressing and shared if they had any delays on their end. We weren’t in a rush and wanted the best product possible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, considering how the final product turned out, I don’t have any points of criticism.

My advice is to trust them.
