I’m a co-founder of an investment software firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neighborsoft.team?

We were trying to position ourselves as a digital platform, but we didn’t have the necessary in-house resources to develop a digital platform. We decided to hire a company that could develop a website where we could communicate with our investors and investment managers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Neighborsoft.team to develop a website for us, which we primarily use for font formation, portfolio management, and reporting to investors. The platform, which also features a database, automated most of our internal processes and provided us with different tools to easily and effortlessly onboard our investors and exchange information with them.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is a project manager, but we worked with a total of 10 people from Neighborsoft.team.

How did you come to work with Neighborsoft.team?

One of Neighborsoft.team’s founders was our client before.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together on this project from February-March 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have not launched the site, so we don’t have any quantitative metrics just yet. But I am confident that the platform would have a really huge impact on our business and all of our processes.

How did Neighborsoft.team perform from a project management standpoint?

Neighborsoft.team performed really well in terms of project management. They constantly sent me reminders and went above and beyond to move the project forward and keep us on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Neighborsoft.team’s expertise and patience. I don’t have any IT background, but they helped me understand all of their processes throughout the project. They explained everything in a way that I understood, which I’m really grateful for.

I also appreciated how responsive and accommodating they were. They always responded to our questions and concerns quickly, no matter the time of day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have complaints about Neighborsoft.team’s work. Everything was perfect.
