The agency was hired to design and develop a full-featured ecommerce website for AANQA, a Bangladeshi fashion brand selling men's, women's, and unisex clothing — primarily Panjabi and ethnic wear.

The key deliverables included:

A custom WordPress/WooCommerce website built from scratch with a branded look and feel aligned to the brand identity ("Rise Weave Bliss")

Product catalog setup with multiple categories (Men's, Women's, Unisex) and sub-series (Sovereign, Artisan, Heritage)

Shopping cart, wishlist, and user account functionality

A separate sister brand section ("Olivia") integrated within the same site

Newsletter subscription, a Style Journal/blog section, and a Contact page

Customer trust features including secure payment integration, a 7-day return policy, and 24–72 hour delivery messaging

WhatsApp live chat integration for customer support

Facebook Pixel integration for ad tracking

The primary outcome was a fully functional, professional ecommerce store delivered on time. AANQA went from having no online sales channel to having a complete website with product listings, cart and checkout, wishlist, customer accounts, and WhatsApp support integration. The site met all project milestones as discussed, and we are now actively running the store and growing our customer base.

What stood out most about Nebs-IT Solution LTD was their ability to understand the brand vision and translate it into a website that actually feels like us. They didn't just build a generic ecommerce template. They paid attention to the aesthetics, the tone, and the details that make AANQA feel premium and distinct.

They were also proactive in suggesting features we hadn't thought of ourselves, like the Olivia sub-brand section, the Style Journal, and the WhatsApp chat integration. Communication throughout the project was smooth, and they were responsive whenever we had change requests or questions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nebs-IT Solution LTD could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be the initial documentation and onboarding process. A clearer project brief or timeline shared at the start would have helped set better expectations on both sides. There were a few back-and-forth rounds during revisions that could have been avoided with more structured feedback loops.
