Our company started projects faster than we could contract them, which poses a significant risk in meeting our customers' needs. The skills required for these projects are also in high demand and present significant hiring difficulties. We hired Nearshore Dev to develop and help implement a recruitment strategy for these positions. The goal was to have a scalable and sustainable recruitment pipeline that could meet current and future staffing needs without overstaffing in the event of an economic recession.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

Having worked with several outside recruiting providers in the past, I was particularly concerned about the quality of potential recruiters and the timeframe for recruiting. After evaluating various vendors, Nearshore Dev stood out for their speed of onboarding, experience in identifying strong candidates, and quality of customer service throughout the process.

Nearshore Dev started by meeting with our hiring managers to gather detailed requirements and create profiles for the candidates we were looking for. After identifying these profiles, they began searching for candidates and returned an initial list within a week. These candidates matched our requirements very well, and Nearshore Dev helped us close these positions within a month. We continue this process for several months afterward.

We go throw amount of interviews and then hire the best out of the best. After we confirm with the developers, they can start working on a task.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Nearshore Dev helped us with crucial positions with solid matches that came on board within a few weeks. These positions were required to deliver initiatives for high-profile clients, and the candidates did a great job impressing our clients. As we have filled these positions, we have already renewed contracts with our clients and sold more business, so we will work with Nearshore Dev to fill the jobs in the future.

Without a doubt, I can tell that we have NOT had any issues with communication ever since we started working.

• 90-95% of features implemented (the rest are work in progress)

Project manager was assigned and he handled the planning and day to day communication with devs. The milestones were met on time. I talked to the project manager when I needed something, for example change of priorities or unexpected changes in scope. The team adjusted very well to those changes.
