I'm the company director of Social Climbing, an award-winning indoor climbing center in Leicester. We offer classes and courses for all ages and skill levels, promoting physical and mental well-being through climbing activities and community events.

We needed help growing our digital marketing across multiple platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NCMborz is responsible for building our social media marketing campaigns and automation tools for email and social media to grow our revenue across our three climbing gyms in the UK. The team has focused on Meta and Google Ads, with email campaigns built with landing pages and automated email marketing based on lead-based campaigns from Meta and Google.

We work with one teammate from NCMborz.

We've seen increases in revenue and ROAS from our Meta campaigns.
