Our core product, The Smoothmove™ Suite, enables organisations to migrate complex workloads - including Teams 1:1 chats - with full fidelity, auditability, and executional control. We focus on delivering predictable outcomes in environments where data integrity, compliance, and risk management are critical.

In addition, our Organisation Compliance Tool (OCT) is designed to simplify and strengthen Joiners, Leavers, and Movers processes, ensuring these transitions are handled in a controlled, efficient, and auditable manner.

NavigatingX was engaged to develop a comprehensive pricing and commercial strategy for our SmoothMove™ platform, focused on enterprise Microsoft 365 migration scenarios. The scope of work covered both strategic analysis and practical go-to-market outputs.

The engagement included:

Development of a structured pricing framework aligned to enterprise customers, including pricing tiers, ranges, and packaging models.

Reframing of the commercial model from traditional cost-based or per-user pricing to a value-led approach centred on risk reduction, control, and audit assurance.

Creation of a clear pricing narrative to support sales conversations, enabling us to confidently position SmoothMove™ as a premium, differentiated offering.

Competitive benchmarking and market analysis to ensure correct positioning relative to existing migration tools and platforms.

Definition of packaging and segmentation strategy, including differentiation between standard enterprise and regulated/high-risk environments.

Design of discounting and deal structuring guidance to support real-world sales scenarios

Delivery of executive-ready materials, including presentation decks and structured outputs that could be used directly in internal discussions, customer engagements, and webinar positioning.

The key deliverables were not only well-structured but also immediately usable. The pricing narrative and framework have been incorporated into our go-to-market strategy and are actively being used to support customer conversations and upcoming launch activity.
