I’m the CEO of a design and development agency.

We were hoping to streamline our management and implementation process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re helping our agency streamline our internal processes as well as our process for engaging with our client. The final deliverables are a series of full-day workshops that follow a process known as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

We work primarily with the facilitator and owner.

After hearing them present at an industry process, I followed up with reference checks from other associations that had used their services in the past. We then decided to retain them to help our agency as well.

Tom (Owner) is a great facilitator. He’s thoughtful and also keeps the process moving. We’ve been very happy with the product so far.

How did Navigate The Journey perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been outstanding. Each week, we receive an agenda for the next meeting as well as homework that we should bring into our next check-in. Meetings are conducted expertly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have deep expertise with digital agencies and accounting firms. That background knowledge makes a huge difference for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have an intro call, sharing your goals and challenges with the facilitator. That will help them design the program to your needs.
