We needed nautical to receive, warehouse, pick and ship products for our North American customers.  We needed timely responses to work orders and fulfillment needs.

Expectations for order processing and shipping were set at the onset of our work together.  Communication response time and actual fulfillment time have been measured by the set goals at the beginning.  They have been consistently met and/or exceeded all of those.

They have given great attention to our account.  They deliver items on time and  respond to our needs in such a way that we feel like we are top priority for them.

The super fast response to any need that arises.  Our company's needs are varied and often complex.  Nautical has the willingness and flexibility to fit our needs and that has been impressive.  They have an eagerness and work ethic that make for a great partnership.  We can count on them to do what they have said they will do every time.  They've taken the stress out of our distribution needs for North America.

They do what they say they will do.  They are honest and hard working.  They keep their word.  That's all we could ask for.

The main product that Nautical helped us with is Laminate.  Paper was also a producted they helped with through the last couple of years

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The teamwork that we had with Nautical was amazing!  They came to our building and we sat down and discussed different options that would help us.  Alex and Jen did a tremendous job with us and I look forward to keeping the relationship going for a very long time.

For the most part everything was time.  We had a couple issues but they were always up front with us and let us know right away.  Those isses were more logistical issues they had no control of but we always were informed.
