Naught Ventures Advisors Pvt Ltd handled the backend of the entire system and the seamless integration of our IoT devices. The main features included authentication, user management, device management, controlling IoT devices from the dashboard, and IoT firmware management.

Naught Ventures Advisors Pvt Ltd successfully developed and deployed five microservices. The services were highly scalable and could handle over 100,000 users with ease. The response time was less than 200 milliseconds for most APIs. This helped us scale with ease, and our customers could seamlessly access the features.

From the beginning, Naught Venture has been in charge of creating our software and website. Our front-end and back-end systems were constructed by the team. Naught used a design we came up with to combine our multiple outdated WordPress websites into a single one. The Naught team has moved our previous websites into the new product one at a time. The team has given us advice on how to approach everything and which technological stack to employ. They have assisted us with animations as well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has exceeded expectations in terms of the measurable results in terms of open rates, click-through rates and email-directly-related revenue. We have decreased our unscription rates.   Right now, we're collaborating with about 7 Naught team members. We found Naught on Clutch. We had a positive impression of them and they had positive feedback. After speaking with a few more agencies, we decided on three. Naught adopted the most individualized strategy.

Their project management was of superior level only. The products were delivered promptly and in most instances before time. We had a partner who was able to know and interpret our needs than we were capable of doing and Inbox Army did everything to help us achieve our success.

I would highly recommend this email marketing agency. They stood out because of their incredible ability to take our email marketing plans, design, and measurements to a new level, offer professionalism in meetings, and consistently get the best outcomes.

They've performed so well that I can't think of anything they could do better.

Billing / Invoice simplicity. Easy to add folks to the platform, but harder when a business shrinks to then have to discuss appropriate pricing. But, we solved and got there. So overall, no issues.
