If something isn’t functioning or we get feedback from clients, I just email the project manager to solve the problem. NatWeb is very responsive. They’re realistic — if something can’t be completed in a certain amount of time, they let us know.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with the communication. They’re patient.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The graphics design is good but there’s room for improvement. For the automations, we want to be able to hover the pointer and it to have a magnifying effect with the information in order to view things quicker.

Know what you want. Do research on top competitors.

Additionally, the whole team is located in Abu Dhabi. This was important because we had communication problems with other outsourced development teams in the past.

We worked with them from May 2016–October 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They developed a lot of cost-effective strategies to reduce the cost of the project. For example, instead of having a hosted local server IP address, they found a solution that would cost us less.

The quality of NatWeb Solutions’ work was good. The structure of the website was also good and the team was able to build all of the modules we need. We were very happy. 

How did NatWeb Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They were communicative. As with any development project, the scope changed a lot, so not every deadline was met. However, the team still communicated constantly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The impressive thing was that they would come up with solutions when we faced a bottleneck or a roadblock. They came up with cost-effective alternatives, which was great. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t have tons of experience with marketing, so, once the project was delivered, NatWeb Solutions could’ve provided a turnkey solution by bringing on marketing partners that could’ve supported our growth. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t wait for the product to be finished to start marketing it. Start marketing it as soon as you engage NatWeb Solutions to do the development so that once the product is developed, you already have your customer base.

They’re flexible, and they meet our requirements. I can’t judge the quality yet because we need to finish the design, SEO, and social media.

Project management and communication are very good. They’re available to me.

We like the details and strategies that they bring. It’s not just SEO and Google Ads. They go into detail on how to keep the customer and to create a good customer experience.

Delivering the project on time is important to us. We need to catch up with SEO.

Know exactly what you want. If you have an idea of what you want, guide them to exactly what you need.

We are aiming to have a website that covers omnichannel retailing strategy, an up to date way approach to selling, excellent customer experience, identity verification, competitor analysis and data security. We got in touch with the team to create and develop a website for us.

We searched for companies offering web delevopment services. We got in touched with this team, reviewed their portfolio, past projects, design quality, website development timeline and cost estimate. After a thorough discussion with our team, we decide to hire natweb solutions.

Our team had meeting with natweb solutions team. The scope of work includes the design theme, host and domain setup, content, pages, features, and website dry run. technologies installed and used are Wordpress MySQL, PHP and Woocommerce. We discussed also the payment and account functions.

Their team consist of a Project Manager, which is our main point of contact. They have two 2 back-end developers, one front-end developer and a graphic designer dedicated for this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our sales and traffic significantly increased every month. Great costumer experience, easy navigation of products, fully functional payment system. All expected results met and challenges are solved. Continues website support is really great. Team is very responsive and quick to take action when issue arises.

We communicate with the project manager daily and discuss concerns regarding the website. It is great that they kept us updated of the status of the project. We used zoom meeting, whatsapp and email. These communication patforms serves well with both of the teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their dedication to the project is what impresses us the most. Very responsive team, have very creative ways on terms of design, quick to take action solving issues and malfunctions and continues support.

Are there any areas for improvement?

From what we discussed with the team, hovering the mouse pointer on a product should have a pop up window that enlarges the product and contains product informations also. Other than that, We think it's all good for now.

Ideally, I wanted a simple and elegant website that would be easy to navigate and showcases all of our products in a clean layout. I also required a system to view and manage the inventory and orders, which was also custom-developed for me by the Natweb team.

NatWeb solutions was recommended to me by a friend who had a pleasant experience with them on his previous project. I met with a few other vendors but did not go ahead with any of them either because I was being overcharged or they just weren't offering a good package like NatWeb.

We had several meetings at the beginning of the project to work on the system design and specifications. I was asked for my input at every step. Once work started on the project, their team did everything from a to z. They took care of the product photography, web development, web design, business management system and even the ad design and social media

Their team consists of about 10 people. My direct point of contact was usually the CEO, Kamil, who kept me well informed and updated with the progress. They followed an Agile development approach so any small changes that I needed later on during the development process were incorporated with ease.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Following the launch of the website, my sales have almost doubled and efficiency has improved a lot. I can now easily manage the inventory which was a big issue before.

Deadlines were always met and the entire team was very responsive and understood all my needs very quickly.

I found it really impressive how quickly they made changes and incorporated any new features that I required.

Any time I have needed any changes or updates, they have been quick to implement them. Generally, they have been very good. It has been on point and they have done what we needed them to do.

I’m happy with them and happy with the communication. They have always been quick to respond. Kamil is always good on the phone. I like to just be able to manage the website myself and have more of an understanding of how it works and learn, and he has been very good and patient in helping me pick things up. I am very happy with them. It has been very good.

I think their customer service is good and their knowledge is very good. The patience, understanding, and advice I have received have been very good. The website is also quite easy to use as well which has helped.

There is nothing that comes to my head.
