• The definition of an editorial plan for the blog, which contributed significantly to improving organic visibility, focusing on relevant keywords in the pet care world.

We had been victim in the past of penalization from Google due to abuses, excessive ad loads and in general a lack of management, resulting in 95% traffic loss in about 36 months. As a newly arrived CEO for this small company my objective was to regain part of this lost traffic starting from the roots and carrying forward sane SEO practices to the business.

We tripled organic traffic over the course of the first 6 months of the recommended changes went live. The first 2-3 months were used to setup the foundations and for Natural Index to deeply understand and analyse our website and its past, then build for the future. We hired them initially to manage a platform migration (Wordpress upgrade + Salesforce frontend rollout), but the results showed earlier than we had hoped for!

They delivered late because the project overall was late, I would say they respected the timeframe we had agreed on, definitely not causing delays.

The fact that they are "purists" and don't accept shortcuts or weird shady techniques to get quick & directy improvements. They tend to think for the long term, which in my view always pays off. They were careful in aligning with other agencies in our ecosystem, software developers and content managers in our organization. Their approach was strategic and very data-driven.

I couldn't find some, eventually they could be faster and push others (tech teams, client) to do more.

Since we have been working with Natural Index, qualified traffic to our page has increased dramatically, year over year. We also place several of our pages on dominant keywords for the banking industry.
