The team was highly responsive to our needs and made adjustments quickly when required. Importantly, they were upfront about any potential delays, communicating them early and providing solutions to stay on track. Their punctuality and transparent communication were key factors in the successful launch of Pebl.

What stood out most about Nativewit Technologies was the direct involvement of their CEO and founder, Hemanth. His hands-on approach added a layer of expertise and accountability that greatly benefited the project. In addition, Hemanth's fluency in English eliminated any language barriers, making for smooth and effective communication. 

His exceptional English skills ensured that complex technical concepts were clearly understood by both teams, contributing to the project's overall success. The same can be said for Naresh and Richard, who both had amazing communication skills via virtual call and/or Slack.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Nativewit Technologies Private Limited? could have done differently?

One area for improvement with Nativewit Technologies would be in the timing of communications regarding delays. While their team was generally excellent in delivering milestones on time, there were instances where they could have been more upfront about not meeting a deadline. It's clear that their eagerness to please and deliver made them hesitant to communicate delays immediately. However, proactive communication in such scenarios would further enhance the strong working relationship we have with them and contribute to even more streamlined project management in the future. Overall, this is a minor point in an otherwise outstanding collaboration.
