• We wanted to build a foundation to launch marketing efforts from.
• We sought clarity on who our target customers were, and how to properly approach them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We gained significant foundational clarity on who our customers are, what they are going through when they are looking for a product like ours, and how to reach them in a way that both aligns with our brand, but also resonates with them. 

Nati's work has helped answer the Who, the Why, and the How of our marketing efforts, and that has already paid off by affecting how we choose where to allocate marketing spend.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Nati was always prompt in communicating via Slack and delivered any and all necessary project work on time, if not before expected. She was always around to bounce ideas off of. Nati's presence genuinely uplifted the team and gave us a spark that we needed at the time of hiring.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nati was very good at meeting us during our work hours and we never even had to consider whether or not we would get a response we need which is very important reassurence with a remote working relationship.

Are there any areas for improvement or something NATI marketing could have done differently?

Me and my team sometimes struggled to find clarity on the exact deliverables that we were to expect as a result of Nati's work. We weren't totally sure what Nati's actual role would be when we brought her on, whether it be actually producing creative, getting in to our profiles and making actual changes to website or social media accounts, or if this was a consulting relationship so I would say that if I were to start this project over I would work more dilligently to define the exact expectations of the project and who would be doing what on it. This was a learning experince for us so we will approach projects like this in a way that solves that moving forward. This could be just as much of a critique on us, as it could be for Nati.
