I would say that Lee and his team delivered above expectations in terms of time, and I never felt like they over-charged for the services that were provided. I found him a pleasure to interact with on the whole process. He uses Wix to design and is quite adept at it--changing colors, moving boxes around, etc. I would never have been able to accomplish that much that fast on my own.

I never felt that Lee was pushing me to a conclusion quickly. He was open and interested in my feedback. The design was a fixed cost, fixed bid, so I would have expected him to push me along faster, and he never did that. Lee went along at my pace.

Not really. I think the interactions are great. He didn't automatically hand over the log-in credentials when we were done, but he did so without any fuss when I asked him for those.
