I’m a Vienna-based lawyer. I’m self-employed and have my own law firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nail IT?

I hired Nail IT to design and develop a website for me. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted on the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Nail IT explained to me what type of website is appropriate for my field and how a professionally developed website looks. They asked for certain requirements from my end and described what they could offer.

They used WordPress since it offered the best value for money. 

What is the team composition?

I only worked with the owner of Nail IT, but I know he has his own team.

How did you come to work with Nail IT?

I got a recommendation from my tax advisor. I had several offers from other companies, and Nail IT provided the most professional one. I also liked that they tried to understand what I wanted before they even made a proposal. 

How much have you invested with them?

I spend €150 (approximately $200 USD) a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The most important aspect is getting client requests through the website. That already works for me perfectly, even though the website isn’t quite finished.

How did Nail IT perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re quite good. They seem very busy with work, but they always meet their deadlines. If I need to wait for something, they tell me in advance. We communicate via email. I believe we’ve only had one call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listen to what I want. The results of their work have ended up being better than I expected; I couldn’t have imagined such a good result by myself.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is minor, but they could improve their accuracy when they post content. We sometimes encounter spelling errors and formatting issues. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want to develop a perfect website from scratch, give them time and trust. They will be a good partner for you.
