The approach and post delivery servcie which is the key most companies doesn't follow. Also timely delivery sometimes is just a hyped word but with NSS it wasn't the case, their team worked even on weekends to match the delivery timelines.

Nothing as such because our experienc with NSS was quite impressive and we liked their working ethics, seriousness and commitment towards the work they provide.
