I worked as a Go-To-Market consultant for a client where I was responsible for designing and implementing the overall GTM system. A key part of the project was building the AI infrastructure supporting their RevOps, including their MarTech and SalesTech stack.

To implement this, I partnered with N8N Lab. They helped translate the strategy into a fully operational AI and automation infrastructure. Beyond handling integrations and workflow automation, they also contributed valuable strategic input throughout the process.

The result was a complete AI-driven system that significantly reduced manual work, accelerated processes, and made the company’s lead generation and operational workflows much more efficient. The infrastructure they built is still actively used today as a core part of the company’s GTM execution.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The client was a VC-backed startup at the Seed stage, with a newly forming GTM team and very early sales infrastructure.

After implementing the AI-driven RevOps and automation infrastructure, the company significantly improved the efficiency of its lead generation and outbound processes. The system enabled the team to scale their pipeline generation and reduce manual work across their sales workflows.

As a result, the company increased its inbound and outbound lead generation from approximately 7 qualified leads per day to around 24 leads per day, creating a much stronger and more predictable pipeline for the GTM team.

The project management was very efficient and well organized. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they were highly responsive whenever new requirements or adjustments came up.

They consistently delivered items on time and were very proactive in proposing improvements and solutions when challenges appeared. Overall, they were flexible, fast, and easy to collaborate with, which made the implementation process smooth and efficient.

What impressed me the most was the combination of strategic understanding and technical execution. They didn’t just implement automation - they clearly understood the Go-To-Market context behind it.

Unlike typical automation providers, n8n Lab approached the project from a business and operations perspective first, then translated that into clean, reliable n8n workflows. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be having even more pre-built, agency-specific automation templates available upfront for common use cases like onboarding, reporting, and CRM workflows.

While the custom solutions n8n Lab built for us were excellent and well thought out, a larger library of ready-to-deploy agency patterns could make the initial setup phase even faster for teams just getting started with automation.
