MyTech, previously The Core Group has provided IT Managed Services for our organization for approximately 20 years.  Their recommendations for hardware, security, and overall maintenance of our technological systems have been consistently superb.  They continuously provide recommendations to ensure we are operational and updated on hardware and licensing requirements.

We receive regular updates regarding our service requests.  The status of requests through the service ticket module provide the feedback we need and actions to be taken.

We can rely on regular updates and follow-up on the status of service requests and projects.  For long term projects, in person as well as virtual meetings are held to effectivley communicate changes, or challenges.  Rarely have we been disappointed with thier deliverables.

What challenges were you trying to address with Mytech Partners, Inc.?

We needed help managing the complexities of our endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions to keep our operations team, endpoints, applications, and systems safe from malicious content and bad actors.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mytech Partners, Inc. provides managed IT and security services, including managed detection and response (MDR/EDR), endpoint protection and management, continuous monitoring, incident support and help desk, and email security services. The team also provides a dedicated CTO for account management, IT forecasting, budget planning, and security report analysis; systems engineers; a network operations controller; a procurement/scheduling manager; and help desk specialists.

Mytech Partners, Inc. has delivered measurable improvements across our cybersecurity, endpoint management, cloud and operational programs. Key outcomes include the successful deployment and maturation of endpoint management capabilities, support for our cloud tenant services and organizational design efforts, implementation of enhanced MDR capabilities, and ongoing support of our cybersecurity compliance initiatives. Operationally, Mytech Partners, Inc. has helped streamline laptop provisioning, onboarding, endpoint security hardening, security monitoring, and cloud administration. Their support has contributed to multiple periods of zero reported cybersecurity incidents while we’ve continued expanding our technology footprint and preparing new facilities and security operations capabilities. As we’ve grown, the team building and relationships have grown with Mytech Partners, Inc. over the years and helped solidify our cybersecurity program. With them as a partner, our operations are more secure. Additionally, we’ve reported a zero-incident month since the engagement started. Mytech Partners, Inc. has been actively supporting cybersecurity initiatives, including MDR migration planning, cloud design, and IT/security stack buildouts. The team has also assisted with our data discovery and metrics collection to help meet our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification objectives.  Moreover, Mytech Partners, Inc. has helped streamline our endpoint onboarding process by resolving enrollment challenges, enabling credentials to be provisioned before device delivery, and significantly improving the ability to onboard multiple users efficiently. These process improvements have reduced onboarding friction and improved operational readiness. We’ve reduced the onboarding timeframe from 14+ days to <3 days.
