The scope of work involved supporting the structuring, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across FlightForce LLC, focusing on strengthening program management practices and enabling greater operational alignment. Overall, our experience with MW Consulting was highly positive, and their contribution exceeed our expectations.

As with any collaborative effort, there are always opportunities for fine-tuning along the way.

At times, even more upfront alignment on certain priorities could have further streamlined execution, particularly in dynamic situations. However, this was a minor aspect within an otherwise very well-managed engagement.
