We combined our vision for the project into a clickable low-fidelity prototype. Our efficient extraction of information from the specifications was made possible using MS WEBDESIGN. They began by using industry-standard tools to develop our WordPress website.

As the project was being completed, our demands and requirements kept evolving, so we decided to concentrate on incorporating AI technologies into our platform. Their group assisted us with the migration of our platform to AWS and provided DevOps services as well.

• We engaged MS WEBDESIGN at the early phases of the design process for our desired website. We wanted to create a site that was as technologically advanced and feature-rich as the top competitors in our area, as well as mobile-friendly and adaptable to modifications and additions as they occurred. A major consideration was the short delivery time. We wanted to be live in two months.

The team began by creating a PRD for a website. We began developing it after it had been developed. Fulcrum performed an excellent job here: the development was outstanding, the team met all deadlines, delivered high-quality work, and displayed a flexible approach. After development was completed, the website went live.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is currently operational and running well. We have already made the first purchases. So, the concept proven to be successful, and we are currently soliciting further funds to expand and move forward. In the near future, we hope to continue developing the website and adding more functionality.

Project management was quite effective throughout the development process. Communication went fairly well. We mostly interacted through Slack, but we did have Zoom sessions on occasion. The crew also had excellent English skills.

As a startup, we found MS WEBDESIGN to be a reliable tool for meeting deadlines and addressing unanticipated obstacles.

They completed their work with amazing expertise and left us pleased with the website they created. So far, I can not see any significant opportunities for development in MS WEBDESIGN.
