For what projects/services did your company hire Motion Story, and what were your goals?

Animated explainer video on website and landing pages to cover features and benefits within 60 seconds.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at a number of vendors, interviewed them and looked at review. We neede quality, clarity of expression and top notch animation.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Discovery meeting, scripting, story board, lo fi mock ups, hi fi mock ups, initial animated version with mock voice-over, final version with finished animations and professional voiceover, followed by final approval. The process was brilliant and incredibly well guided and structured.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with the founder and a project manager. It was very fluid, very efficient, very good response to feedback. Use of online tools allowed for very easy collaboration.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Video was very well received based on various data points of feedback (new users, existing users, etc).

I liked the balance of their structured project management combined with their fluid creative flair.
