Our collaboration with Motion The Agency began with the creation of a comprehensive video showcasing BanyaX's entire service portfolio. They were incredibly supportive throughout the process. They helped us craft a compelling script and provided a storyboard proposal for our review. We worked together to refine the storyboard until it perfectly captured our vision. This collaborative approach continued throughout the creation of the remaining three videos.

The scope of this project included 4 weeks of production, with 2 revisions. Each week either a storyboard draft / revision was completed or a draft version of the video (in the latter two weeks). We wanted the video is showcase the new features of our product but also convey the sense that our app will help our audience deliver better outcomes, in shorter amounts of time, and with less friction.

Each week a draft or revision of the storyboard or video was to be delivered, after reviewing / incorporating our feedback from the previous week.

This was our first time creating a promo video with an outside organization - and the first time I worked on a storyboard - Sam made the whole project a lot of fun, from start to finish. We engaged Motion the Agency to produce a 60-second product video for a mobile app we are developing. We had already produced basic UI mock-ups and provided these via Adobe XD. Motion the Agency then took these, applied them to a 3D smartphone asset, and then built an animated video around that, complete with voice-over and motion graphics. The deliverable was one 60-second video.

Working with the Motion agency was a dream! The work was of exceptional quality, and despite the fact that we only had one point of contact, it was clear that everyone was working together as one team in the background.Their story board flexibility and conceptualization perfectly suited the brief and brand requirements.

They provided 14 animation videos (And adaptions thereof) in time for the launch dates of 3 separate LinkedIn campaigns. The animation videos received loads of great engagement from our target audience and excitement internally from both our agency and client's team.

I am seeking a skilled Motion Graphics/2D Animator who can produce 12 highly engaging animated explainer videos of exceptional quality. These videos will be captivating and serve the purpose of educating the audience about the various Cybersecurity risks. The desired videos should adhere to an established visual style. We will provide the following components for the project:

• A complete script.
• Voiceover (VO).
• Adobe Illustrator Assets.
• Sample Storyboard for reference.
• A reference video will be provided to serve as a visual guide for the desired look and feel of the animation.
• Previously used sound effects.
• Packaged Adobe After Effects file and Adobe Premiere Pro file.
• Presets for Media Encoder.

• Two rounds of revisions are allowed. We will utilise frame.io for sharing the .mp4 files and providing feedback.

For this video, we envisioned an explainer video that:

• Explains dysphagia, Amylase, and how the Amylase Resistant formula work
• Plus we also have the dysphagia cup, it’s features in promoting a safe swallow/independence

The video is to assist our BDM to explain the amylase resistant formula, and how it supports a safer swallow. Using an established script and basic storyboard, we required a completed storyboard, moving to animation with audio backing track and voiceover which captured the brand's vision, tone of voice and brand style.

Initially, there was a quick turnaround required for this project which we were on track to meet - however a change in our clients priorities eant this project now no longer required such a quick turnaround and we were able to take the time to ensure the finished product was perfect. Therefore, I would determine the success of this project based on the client's happiness with the finished product.

On a couple of occassions, I felt that it would have been beneficial to have a clear communication about what was actioned in each revision. Sam was gracious in accepting multiple change requests whether they were at fault or not. However, this did mean the budget for this project blew out exponentially at a high costs to ourselves. We as an agency have learnt a lot from this project also.
