After a kick off meeting they sent us a client briefing document to fill out. Based on that they did results and started with a 15 days test campaigns. In the mean time they were constantly having a look at data to improve the site. Finally they rebrand the brand to better resonate with the users. Which were truly helpful

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before we received the service, we did not try working with marketing agency. Over the past three years, we have felt sales growth slowing down and felt the need to do some professional marketing. We wanted to build a new branding and website with motifs.

Furthermore, we wanted to increase gross revenue with the marketing and these new things. The happiest thing while working with Motif was the high level of responsibility for work. Answers to questions were quick.

What we were able to achieve through the motif was that we were able to obtain the effect through paid advertising through strategic marketing and we have a new website. What surprised me the most was the quick response and resolution.

We had regular meetings to ensure everything was running smoothly and that we were also happy with how things were going.

We worked with Ash who owns Motif and a social media marketer, the one who created and ran the ads for us.

I was delighted with the outcome of my advertising campaign and the amazing re-design of my website. Motif understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and I applaud their high attention to detail.

We contacted almost everyday over email for small tweaks and updates and then we would communicate on Google Meet once a fortnight or when we hit any problems/concerns to ensure that we were always updated on the progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The redesign of our website exceeded all expectations and super happy with the outcome and all the work Ash and his team did for us. They treated us like family and wanted the best outcome for the business just as much as we did. I would highly recommend Motif

To give regular written reports that summarises the performance of ads.

Since Motif has started working on our project, we have gained 200% increased in targeted traffic, 25x brand recall lift and on average 8-10x return on ad spent.

The project manager is very helpful. He is giving us frequent updates about their works. And if we have an emergency, we even have access to the founder.
