Most Studios played a central role in shaping the Pheno brand from the ground up. Their scope of work included a complete visual identity development, UI/UX design for the Pheno health platform, and the creation of our public-facing website and social media assets. Together, we defined and refined the brand's tone, look, and digital presence to reflect our core values of holistic health, intelligence, and trust.

The only area where we experienced some friction was during the web development phase. While the design was spot-on, the build process had a few rough edges—some small mistakes and inconsistencies that needed extra rounds of review. That said, the team was always responsive and willing to fix things quickly, and their openness to feedback helped us get everything over the finish line. It didn’t overshadow the overall experience, but it’s something that could be tightened up moving forward.

In the product workshop, we focused on aligning our vision for the product, clearly defining its purpose, and highlighting the primary benefits it offers. We also identified and aligned on the main challenges by specifying the key issues to be addressed and areas to focus on during the project. The emphasis was on developing an MVP that is as close to the user's needs as possible.

We outlined the features to be included and prioritized them with the goal of making the app as user-friendly as possible. This collaborative effort led us to identify the core elements that the app should encompass—highly rewarding! After some back-and-forth dialogue about where the focus should be, we realized that the high-fidelity wireframe would create the most value for BeSammen, and you quickly embraced this idea.

This detailed wireframe is the base our app developer will use to construct the final BeSammen app. Moving from an idea to a concrete wireframe is a big leap forward, offering a straightforward direction for our app development journey. The workshop has been a crucial step, laying a vital foundation for the actual development of our product and getting us closer to making the BeSammen app a reality.

The high-fidelity wireframe has greatly enhanced the visualization of BeSammen. It played a key role in securing funding, providing a tangible "product" to showcase to various investors. Additionally, it has significantly supported our app developer, relieving him of the need for creative thinking.

Creativity is expertly handled, which is fantastic for me as a nurse with no prior experience in this field. In measurable terms, the successful acquisition of funding and the streamlined support for our app developer underscore the positive impact of the high-fidelity wireframe on the project's progress and success.

The process entailed establishing the groundwork for the brand by gathering information, carrying out research, and formulating a brand strategy. The end product was a brand platform that served as the foundation for all communication. Subsequently, a messaging and communications platform was devised to steer creative efforts and maintain a cohesive brand message. Lastly, a visual identity was fashioned through mood boards, creative directions, and a comprehensive style guide. The deliverables comprised a logo, colours, fonts, photo style, and other visual elements.

Prior to rebranding, we had an online partnership with a major retailer in Scandinavia and Europe. We aspired to secure a deal for them to feature our product in their physical stores as well. However, before the rebranding, their interest seemed lacking, and I had serious doubts about their willingness to promote us in-store. Yet, following the rebranding, which included enhanced visuals, messaging, and packaging that exuded a unique and premium essence, I successfully closed a substantial deal with the retailers. 

They were delighted to showcase our newly redesigned brand and product in their stores. Without a doubt, our new brand played a pivotal role in making this achievement possible. The rebrand has garnered widespread acclaim and positive feedback from customers, partners, resellers, and individuals within the parent company. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with a multitude of individuals expressing admiration and enthusiasm for the rebranding efforts.

My expectations were set high, yet I must say we were genuinely pleased with every aspect. Choosing Most Studios was a decision that proved to be spot-on. I am delighted to affirm that they met our expectations in every single one of these aspects.

We were highly impressed with the outcome, but towards the project's end, organizational changes caused a shift in priorities. This led to a communication disconnect between us and Most Studios. We primarily needed quick fixes during the final 10% and our internal reprioritization posed challenges in effectively communicating our requirements. It is important to note that this was not a fault on Most Studios' part. Perhaps it would have been helpful if Most Studios had picked up on this, recognized the changes, and adapted accordingly.

The process involved analyzing the business and brand material provided, conducting workshops, and identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Based on these insights, a light brand and communications platform was created that included a core brand concept, brand personality pillars, and essential messaging. A visual identity was also developed, including a logotype, minimalistic logomark, colors, fonts, supporting unique visual elements, four simple mockups, and implementation guidelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In summary: I was very happy with the delivery. I got all the necessary tools provided, and they also over-delivered (got more than what was in the contract). When it comes to what impressed me the most about this company, I have to say that their strategy took my idea to the next level, and the visuals really stood out. Johan, the strategist, was able to quickly understand the core idea and expand it into a larger concept that was exactly what I was looking for. It was crucial to get the strategy right, especially for a new business, and Johan did a flawless job. It was definitely worth the investment.

 As for the visuals, Johannes had a great sense of what would work and what wouldn't. I particularly loved the leaderboard that he created. At first, I wasn't a fan of the logo, but after providing that feedback, I was impressed with how quickly he was able to change it up to something I love. The final look and feel is exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the team and the final delivery.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Most Studios could have done differently?

The project went very smoothly, and I'm very happy with the results. It’s hard to think of anything but two minor things: 

• The text in some of the marketing mock-ups seemed a bit too general and could have been given more thought. However, I do understand that these issues were likely due to time constraints given my budget, and they did not affect the final outcome of the project. Most Studios also produced additional assets that weren’t included in the contract in a short amount of time, so I really appreciate their effort in putting everything together. 
• I thought that I would see more visual directions during the initial stages of the visual ID process. However, after understanding the cost of a regular visual ID, I understand that the reason why we moved forward quickly was to be able to produce great results given my budget constraint. Nonetheless, it would have been helpful to have my expectations set from the beginning.

I am the co-founder and CMO of Ridesum, a horse-tech app. Our app enables digital training, seamless trainer/trainee booking, and provides access to a training pool with coaches in over 40 countries. We also offer rider and trainer development through smooth feedback systems and a seamless payment solution for riders and trainers.

Our app reduces travel time, cost, and logistics. It is not meant to replace face-to-face meetings between riders and coaches, but to enable them to meet more often and make more progress together. Ridesum's mission is to contribute to the health of horses, people, and the environment through smarter training for everyone.

Our company is a horse-tech startup. Due to Most Studios' experience working with tech companies and startups, we believed their expertise in product strategy and design would make them a good partner. Our primary objective was to scale our business and product, which we aimed to achieve by enhancing user experience, refining user flow, and implementing a referral strategy.

After successfully completing these initial tasks, we established a close partnership with Most Studios to further improve our app as a whole. This included refining product strategy, design, branding, and marketing to achieve our business goals.

How did you select this vendor?

Most Studios actually reached out to us cold. I receive tons of cold emails, and I rarely respond, if ever. However, Most Studios' email seemed personal and relevant. After a series of phone calls and meetings, we were confident that they could help us achieve our objectives. Initially, we did not have the budget, so I kept them in the back of my mind. Once the business was up and running and we were in the process of taking it to the next level, I reached out to Most Studios.

As a long-standing product partner, we have undertaken several projects to achieve our goal of growing our business and app. One of the first projects focused on enhancing our app's design and user experience. The Director of Product oversaw the strategic aspect of the project, while a UX/UI designer helped to improve different screens. The final deliverables were Figma design files.

We also collaborated with the Director of Product on a referral growth project. The process involved conducting a lightweight test without any third-party tools, investigating technical conditions such as signups via invite, codes, and free training, collecting approximately 1000 active users, sending out inspiring messages to invite friends, measuring and analyzing performance, and, if successful, devising a solid implementation and rollout plan.

Our latest project has been to improve the design of the product and brand in general. Most Studios supported us in enhancing our visual identity, and the following were the final deliverables: Logotype & logo mark, fundamental logo animation, colors, color UI hierarchy, fonts, a custom icon library, high-level illustrations, photo style, high-level brand pattern & photo disposition, high-level mockups, and a high-level brand manual & implementation guidelines.

In terms of the product itself, our design is more user-friendly and intuitive. As for our product brand, we achieved a cleaner, more coherent, and aesthetically pleasing brand that now aligns with the new elements we have implemented in the product design. We’ve also increased product awareness by improving acquisition rates and providing a smoother user experience, while also maintaining consistency in design throughout.

The PM Vivi is awesome. She’s super organized, structured, result-oriented, not afraid to push back when she needs to, and a joy to work with. Most Studios has also allowed us to take ownership of the project. Their down-to-earth approach made the process seamless.

Most Studios is a fantastic agency to work with. They are always available, flexible, and proactive, delivering superb results. The team is great at understanding and solving our users' pain points, making it a smooth and enjoyable experience every time we work with them.

Throughout our partnership, Most Studios has been professional and consistently delivered top-level output. However, during one part of our app design project, we received some deliveries that were ok but not outstanding. They did not meet the high standard that had been set by all prior work, which was unfortunate.

Fortunately, we brought this up with Most Studios, who took the matter very seriously. They made sure to correct all errors, and since receiving the feedback, they have consistently maintained the wow-level output that we expect and appreciate.

They swiftly analyzed the material and prepared for the first meeting accordingly.

During the initial meeting, we were asked complementary questions regarding our business, goals, desired website experience, and success metrics. Together, we assessed the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the current homepage design. Based on the information gathered during the kick-off meeting, the challenges were defined and outlined for the next phase.

The phase deliverables included: - Desired outcome for the homepage - Audit of the homepage - Definition of the homepage's problems The structure and user flow of the homepage were redesigned to resolve the problems and achieve the desired outcome. The new homepage was presented as low-fidelity wireframes. After we approved the user flow, minor tweaks were made to our current visual brand toolkit to optimize it for digital product design and the refined design was then applied to the wireframes.

I had high expectations, and Most Studios exceeded them all. The experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Our project goals were clearly defined and met. We now have a sophisticated website layout that portrays us as a reliable, experienced, and creative business, and a sleek website design toolkit with user-friendly building blocks for our in-house designer to complete the web design process. Most did an outstanding job.

Enerpoly was part of the Sting Deeptech Incubate program. Most Studios provided mentoring services to startups at the incubator. Tor at Most Studios helped us in formulating our brand heart and messaging, picking the right words to reflect the founders' values and greater purpose. When the time came to do a deeper dive into the brand and revitalize it visually, we chose to work with Most Studios again. They already had a good grasp on our goals, and knew how to make the picture we wanted to paint even bigger, even brighter. Moreover, we liked that they were located in Stockholm, and would be able to create a brand that would intertwine Enerpoly with its Swedish roots.

Most Studios first refined the brand, carving out a clear personality for Enerpoly through tone of voice. Then, we moved into the visual aspects, refreshing the logo and creating the guidelines for how to represent Enerpoly visually from the font, imagery to icons. We created assets that leveraged the brand guidelines, such as business cards, office templates and website layout. We then developed and launched the website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

It was quite the team effort. At least 7 people from Most Studios come to mind immediately, though there could have been a few more that I lost track of or were working in the background to make it all possible. There was a go-to person for every task from project visualization, project management, messaging, visual design, website design, website development, etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The brand has been a great boost to how we operate - makes it easier for us to generate sales collateral, pitch decks, etc. We can focus on the content because the design has already been well thought out. Investors and business partners have also complimented our branding work. We believe we now have a brand that we can work with for the long haul. Also I'm so happy we did this so early in our journey as a company.

We, founders and team members and erstwhile summer interns, have all put thought and effort into defining how our company should be represented. The core of the company has been created by everyone. I'm super proud of it! As we build out our customer pipeline, I think we have a brand that will not only stand out to them, but help them in connecting with us.

Well defined timeline from project start. Weekly meetings or recorded videos to go over progress and update us. Regular emails from project manager to request feedback and to keep us abreast on developments. More emails to ensure work was kept on track if we delayed feedback. Responses to emails within a day! Flexibility given when we needed more time. Feedback was implemented quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've become an invaluable resource to us. While Most Studios has done branding work for us, they have a deep well of experience that spans many other functions. We've happily exploited this, learning a lot from them and positioning ourselves better for success. They've been a soundboard for us to bounce thoughts. They have sought to figure out how we can partner together and leverage their services to accelerate our future plans.

I am the marketing manager of Visiba Care. We digitize healthcare and shape its future with a human perspective, using technology to improve the lives of patients, professionals, and healthcare systems by creating a better system for them to connect and interact.

In order to effectively rebrand our company, we sought out a partner who could understand and deliver on our vision for a brand that would authentically resonate with our customers and their patients rather than relying on fluffy, gut-based ideas.

When our former marketing director reached out to various agencies for assistance with rebranding our company, Most Studios stood out for their focus on aligning the new brand with our company's core values and the value we provide to customers. Most Studios worked with us on a light brand and communication strategy, utilizing internal strategy work we had already completed and identifying its core components through a series of workshops. From there, they developed a strong brand and communication concept, including a communication toolbox.

Following the strategy phase, Most Studios designed our new brand identity, starting with mood boards to present various visual concepts based on the strategy. We worked together to select the most suitable direction based on our business goals.

Next, they designed the visual assets and refined the identity, providing us with brand strategy and implementation guidelines. The deliverables for the corporate identity design included a logotype and logo mark, logo animation, color scheme, fonts, photo style, icon library, supporting visual elements, and a brand manual with implementation guidelines.

Our team from Most Studios included one strategist with expertise in brand and communications, one identity designer, one graphic designer, and a project manager. The visuals, including graphics, icons, and messaging, add vibrancy to our brand and set the stage for a digital transformation of healthcare that prioritizes accessibility, person-centeredness, and excellence. This new identity aligns with our vision for shaping the future of healthcare with a human perspective and using technology to benefit humans.

It is gratifying to see that our customers and employees appreciate the effort we have put into creating a brand that truly reflects our values and mission. It also won gold in the International Visual Identity Awards.

Working with Most Studios was a collaborative and enjoyable experience. We were heavily involved in the process, which allowed us to take ownership of our new identity.
