We've reached out to Josh @ Moses Media to help us create a world-class, customized website to fit our specific needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Prior to reaching out to Josh @ Moses Media, we've tried working with three other vendors (found via online search), however, the cooperation was unsuccessful, because they did not want to take time to understand our unique requirements and they were unable to provide a creative approach to satisfy our needs. Finally through talking to industry peers and friends, we were connected with Josh and the rest was really easy from here.

We had a briefing session with Josh to outline our objectives, requirements, and expectations. The problem we were facing from our side, was that we had to present our complex offering: the detailed offering of what can we do vs. the industries that we serve, in a relatively straightforward way so that the end-users could easily navigate through the content to find the information that they are looking for. Additionally, as we compete in the industrial and the energy sector against big names, such as McKinsey, Bain & Co, BCG, we had to make sure that the class of our website "look&feel" is on par. While we knew our goal, we did not know the get to it. Therefore we relied heavily on Joshe's ability to understand what we do (our offering), and what we expect from the website so that he could take the lead on managing it from the design, UI, creative side.

We were fortunate to work directly with Josh, who is the owner of the company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the launch, we received tons of "likes" on our Linkedin site. We also received several leads via the "chat" function.

Josh is absolutely the best in every aspect: he is patient, works hard, turns around the project quickly, he doesn't just sit and wait back but sends kind nudges. On few occasions, from our side, we went around in circles, changing our minds back and forth, but Josh was extremely understanding and patient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most, was Joshes creativity - he was able to come up with some really cool solutions to accommodate to our complex offering. the final look of the website is just simply fabulous - world class. As a project manager, what I enjoyed the most, was the ease of working with Josh, his patience and understanding. Because of Josh'' work ethic, we were able to complete the whole website in a really fast and efficient manner. Josh also provided us with really thorough training on how to manage and maintain the content. With any project, I would only go to Moses Media. I also feel that we received a great value for the price. After failed three attempts working with other companies, Moses Media was like a dream come true.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can honestly say - no, it was perfect on the first try.

Josh serviced a professional photo shoot (headshots) for our team. He also designed our entire website. We provided the text copy for the website and Josh blended it into each appropriate section nicely.

Fitonefivetn.com Josh also designed our logo and logo mark, he made custom adjustments to an accessible font that made a great difference in the impact of the look. Josh also developed an entire brand guideline packet for our team to follow to stay on brand, that was an exceptional service added.

Three partners viewed Josh’s work and we were all more than satisfied in his confidence and competence in completing the project.

We were looking for a company that had great narrative skills. Storytelling is important for us as we offer unique skill sets and approaches to legal practice.

I don't recall specifics of how we kicked off. I do remember that Moses was extremely patient with us and took a great deal of footage to account for our unfamiliarity with being filmed. We soon were provided video drafts and were allowed to comment during the video demonstrations on what we liked and didn't. The website process is similarly iterative.

Josh Moses was our point person for all of our needs.

We regularly receive positive feedback about our website and video work. We know that several law firms have contacted Moses Media after seeing our assets.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed an easily accessible website for our church. We wanted something clean and easy to update.

We had worked with Moses Media in conjunction with Injoy Stewardship to create some graphics for a capital campaign at our church. We liked the work they had done and reached out about website design.

We met with Josh on a Zoom call to discuss our wants and needs for the new website. In addition we discussed our concerns and problems with the website we had.

Josh Moses has been our only contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Josh did a fantastic job in designing our website. He was thorough and worked quickly. He stayed in contact with us throughout the project to ensure we were happy with the product. Josh has provided training over the phone, through Zoom, and through videos. We are thrilled with the end product. We believe we can always contact Josh with any questions or concerns we may have and that he will respond quickly! Our congregation has provided positive feedback on the new website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Josh was extremely easy to work with. He was very accessible. He listened to what we wanted and did a great job implanting our wants!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Josh delivered on what he promised! He was quick, and still is, to respond to emails or phone calls. He explained how to manipulate and update the website in layman’s terms. And he has provided numerous training videos to help us do what we need!

Are there any areas for improvement?

I can’t think of any need for improvement. Moses Media was professional, reasonably priced, and very easy to work with!
