I’m the manager of a small food and beverages company that specializes in selling frozen yogurt.

What challenges were you trying to address with Mosaico Marketing? 

We needed help with social media marketing and management.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mosaico Marketing is in charge of managing our social media channels, mainly focusing on Facebook and Instagram. They’re also in charge of our content creation, which includes photography and copywriting.

What was the team composition?

I work with two people from Mosaico Marketing.

How did you come to work with Mosaico Marketing? 

When our need arose, we consulted different companies. Originally, I worked with another agency, but we didn’t have a great experience working with them. I knew Mosaico Marketing’s CEO personally, so when we decided to change vendors, I contacted them directly. 

How much have you invested in them? 

We’ve spent around $180,000 MXN (approximately $9,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement? 

We started working with them around July 2019, and it is an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Over the last few years, our business has grown, and Mosaico Marketing’s work has been part of this success.

How did Mosaico Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Mosaico Marketing’s project management has been great; we’re very satisfied with their work. Our experience has been a lot better than previous experiences working with other companies. We mostly communicate via WhatsApp messages and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mosaico Marketing really cares about their clients, and they’re always working to make sure they’re happy. Additionally, they pay close attention to any observations we make; whenever we need them to fix something, they do it right away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re doing a great job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate regularly with them so that you can work as partners; they’re very responsive to their client’s needs and suggestions.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the administrator of the sales office of Tecnolab in Toluca. Tecnolab is a laboratory furniture manufacture.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mosaico Marketing?

We need to change from paper to digital, they helped us to develop a starter web page, google ads and have helped us to attract those clients that we couldn't reached by phone or with the page only.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reached other 4 companies, the prices were at the same range; but the final factor for us were that we felt understood, they offered us to move to digital and show us patience answering all our questions and the ideas they gave us and they fit the plan to our budget.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a call where we introduce them to our company, our biggest challenges attracting possible clients and the changes that we experienced through the last years. Then they developed a plan with two strategies creating a landing page and starting google ads. To develop that, they set us a quiz with questions about our history as Tecnolab but specifically as Tecnolab Toluca the sales offices. After that, we sent pictures, logos, information about the focus of the landing page; once it was finished, they presented it to us we made some changes and notes, they fixed them and uploaded the page.

Then we started with the google ads, this has been continuous work cause we didn't have any info about it so we have been working close to use our google ads budget the best as possible, developing new keywords based in our feedback of the prospects that reached us. We have video calls every month and a half, and communicate if we saw a dramatic change in the contact of prospects through Whats App, mail or video call.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have a Whats App chat with all the team but mostly I work with the leader account or the marketing strategist this makes it easier for me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a 100% increase in our prospects and gained new clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had regular online meetings, mails and whats app communication if we have something urgent to comment. For us this works great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They helped us as they offered. They are always making changes and working with our ads. This is a certainty for us so we can focus in our work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are pleased by the moment and we work well.

Since the birth of the company we growth significally over the months and keep doing it. Most of our customers come throgh social media

We meet every two weeks to see how is working the marketing campaign, if we need to change something, and how can we improve

They work really efficiently, so focus on the needs of the company and really adaptative on us

right now, dont think so because they are really adaptive to our needs.
