Since the website went live in 2022, they have continued to work closely with Pencarrie, taking responsibility for all ongoing continuous improvement, bug fixes, UX enhancements, and the design and development of new functionality.
Beyond the platform itself, Morphsites have also managed, advised on, and implemented all SEO and key digital marketing activity, playing a vital role in supporting the business’s continued growth online. We worked together from May 2022–May 2023, and are still working closely together on enhancements to the site and customer journey.

We saw a 400% increase in quote requests within the first six months of launching the new website. The average increase in quote value increased by $1,000 per quote, and the number of quotes received per week increased by around 400%. In 2025, we were up by 25% again.
Moreover, more customers found us and requested quotes, which meant more leads passed off to our distributors, increasing our revenue. Additionally, more orders placed through our portal took the workload off our manual order entry team, reducing the time needed.
