We hired Moov Studio to create an animated explainer video for our new customer portal we are building out. The team made the process incredibly easy to review at different steps along the way, make changes if needed, and then provide the finished product within the originally discussed timeline.

We needed a 60 second video that described our business and what we can do for potential customers. The main usage was for an event where the video was played on a large screen to a massive audience. Moov was able to get us storyboards, animation proofs, voiceover, and final animation all in 2-3 weeks.

• Inlucde an envelope at the beginning that prompted a user to open / click on it
• Be considerate of the variability of web, i.e., differing screen sizes

Moov Studio was extremely receptive to all of my feedback. Items were delivered on time and any suggestions were understood well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I particularly like how they gave me updates and snapshots of their progress as they were fulfilling my request. The request for early feedback was extremely useful, and resulted in a great back and forth (at least from my end).

Are there any areas for improvement or something Moov Studio could have done differently?

I really like requests for early feedback, but I also work with designers in my day-to-day job, so might be a bit more comfortable seeing unfinished products or just intentions. I'm also aware there's a cultural consideration in this space that can be difficult to manage. Perhaps asking clients how they like to work could be a nice middle ground? Obviously, only if you're also comfy working in this way, I know it's not as straight forward.

We looked for a professional animation creator on Fiverr. After reviewing several proposals, we chose this vendor of their affordable price and excellent animation portfolio.
