Moonsight was engaged to design the platform's complete brand identity and MVP product experience, covering both the visual language of the brand and the full user interface of the platform.

On the brand side, the work included the design of the logo and logotype, a typography system, a color palette built around a warm beige and burnt orange identity, an iconography set, and a suite of AI-generated animated visuals used across splash screens and key brand touchpoints. A comprehensive brand guidelines document was delivered to ensure consistent application across all future channels and platforms.

On the product side, Moonsight designed the end-to-end MVP experience across all core platform flows. This included the onboarding and authentication experience, the full company incorporation journey covering jurisdiction selection, KYC document collection, passport OCR scanning, shareholder and director flows, service selection, accounting plan selection, and payment. They also designed the main dashboard and home experience, the document vault, the accounts and banking hub, the people and visa management interface, and the financial reporting screens.

All UI designs were delivered as development-ready Figma files, fully annotated and structured with a scalable design system to support the engineering team during build and accommodate future product iterations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We entered the engagement without a brand or a single product screen. By the end of the project, the team had a fully realized brand identity and a complete set of MVP-ready UI designs covering over 500 screens across all core platform flows.

The Figma delivery was structured as a production-ready design system, enabling the development team to move straight into build without requiring additional design interpretation or rework. Brand guidelines were documented and handed over in full, giving the broader team a clear framework for consistent execution across the platform, website, and future marketing materials.

The outcome of the project was a founder-ready MVP, visually differentiated, technically buildable, and coherent enough to present to investors, partners, and early users with confidence.

Moonsight ran the project in a structured and transparent way throughout. From day one they set up a weekly meeting cadence and a direct WhatsApp group with the full team on both sides, which made communication immediate and kept everyone aligned.

They respected the planning they had initially presented, even when we were the ones not ready. They never used our delays as an excuse to slip their own deadlines.

They were also incredibly pedagogical in the way they worked. I came into this with experience building websites but no background in app design. I had no idea how different the two were. They took the time to explain their thinking, walk me through decisions, and make sure I understood what we were building and why. By the end of the project, I was a much better product owner because of how they worked with me.

The level of preparation required on our side was sometimes intense. They work with a very clear and structured approach, which is a quality, but it means you need to come to sessions with precise answers and well-defined content. As a founder juggling multiple things at once, that cadence was demanding.

Nothing major. Of course there's no perfect design so they could have made an "even better" design, but that's not constructive. They delivered quickly and were diligent and professional, greatly improved our existing designs with their creative minds, and updated us frequently. Not much more to ask for.

Moonsight has been our full-service design partner across web design, social media and marketing design, physical and digital event design, magazine design, and now product design. Every designed asset we have had for the past 12 months has gone through them.

We've applied a breadth of marketing KPIs to their social media marketing design and web design work, and since engaging have seen increases in social media engagements, web traffic, drop in page bounces as user atrition. etc.

We also launched a magazine with Moonsight, and are steadily measuring response to the new product, which has been exceedingly positive. It's been phenomenal and transformative for us to work with Moonsight, and 1 year in we're just getting started. Nothing is perfect; we're still refining parts of our processes and engagement to maximize efficiency, but overall they have been the best designers and best agency we have worked with.

They are highly communicative, extremely fast, and very trustworthy. We had multiple iterations of a project management system which enabled us to maximize our relationship; howeve, I feel that was more a reflection of our dynamic and expansive scope than their work quality.

In terms of timeliness, they go above and beyond. On multiple occasions, they have gottent last-minute requests to us on expedited timeliness, adjusted their working hours to accomodate urgent projects, etc. They are world-class designers, through and through. Whether it's been web design that aligns with our custom backend, social media graphics for complex data products, or building a magazine from scratch, I have never worked with more capable, competent, proud designers.

I'm impressed how quickly they have become an extensio of our core team, and how much they have learned about our business. Interfacing with Ivan in particular, I can feel a geniune interest in seeing our business grow and his tremendous pride in the work product. Our whole copany feels like Ivan and Vlad are extensions of our team; not just contractors for hire.
Look, they are expensive. No secret. But, the quality, responsiveness, and level or service speak for themselves. If you care about the difference between "good enough" vs "great" like we do, then it's worth every penny.

We're a US based company, with a US culture. There have been select occasions where communicatio styles needed to be revisited to make sure the asks and deliverables were clear.Their communcation is direct, no-fluff, no-BS -- for some folks, this takes a beat to get used to! Not a knock on Moonsight, but something I'd advise they are sensitive to for US-based clients as they onboard.

Moonsight Agency delivered high-quality 3D assets, fast communication, and consistent visual output that strengthened our rebranding process. Although we haven't launched the rebranding yet, our internal feedback has been highly positive, and we expect a strong impact after the release.Our team especially loved the quality of the 3D mascots, the consistent visual language, and the professional look of the hero illustration. Overall, they felt the new assets greatly elevated the brand.

Moonsight Agency's delivery timeline was delayed by about two months compared to the initial plan. However, even within that extended schedule, the team showed a strong commitment to quality. They took extra time to refine the assets, responded quickly to additional requests, and ensured that the final output met a higher standard than we originally expected.Overall, although the timeline shifted, we were satisfied with the level of care, flexibility, and quality they provided throughout the project. What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

One of the most impressive aspects of working with Moonsight Agency was their open and flexible communication style. Their feedback cycles were fast, and they were always willing to explore new ideas or adjust direction based on our needs. This level of responsiveness and creativity is something we don't often experience in Japan, and it made the collaboration feel very smooth and enjoyable.We also appreciated how they brought unique perspectives and visual ideas that elevated the final outcome beyond what we initially imagined.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few areas where the collaboration could have been smoother. Because all communication was text-based and we were working across time zones, there were moments when certain items were missed or required reminders. Additionally, there were times when the pace of output felt a bit slower than we expected.That said, whenever we followed up, Moonsight Agency responded sincerely and made the necessary adjustments, so we always felt supported throughout the project.

Since launching the new website, we've been outperforming our competitors across the board.

What's even more impressive is that our conversion rate has doubled since the redesign. The site's professional and trustworthy look clearly makes a strong impression on potential clients.

We've even noticed some competitors trying to replicate our visuals and style, but none have managed to capture the same feel. 

The design Moonsight created for us is truly one of a kind — it's clean, modern, and somehow still feels timeless. You know how some designs start to look dated after a couple of years? This one doesn't. It still feels fresh every time we look at it.

I've currently hired them to redesign another project of mine. Highly recommended!
