The main challenge was to create a new eCommerce for our brand We had a simple goal - to create one of the best and biggest online store with all kinds of furniture available. We have over 80 thousand product variations so what we need was a really well build and optimized software.

We decided to hire Moonbite based on a recommendation we got from their clients based on high-quality services and professionalism.

Opensource was not the option for us because our bad experience with scalling our business. So we were looking for a company who will do exacly what we need based on our experience in the market. The process starts from scoping session, specification and finally we had our final docs to start working with. Too much to write in detail.

We were introduced to the whole team at the meeting before kick-off. So there were 6 people including the Project manager.

This great experience made us sure that this is the partner we were looking for and want to work with them in the future projects. Right now we are with them for about 8 years now and they did not let us down - professionalism, care, and support along with great product experience.

All I can say is we got what we asked for and the project manager was all the time we needed him. Great experience and let it be that way.

Transparency, Honest, very serious about the timeline and milestones we had discured at the beginning.

Everything was great for us.

We had a set of outdated websites. We hired Moonbite to update our existing websites and develop new ones for the new properties we added to our portfolio to increase our web presence and make it easier for potential renters to contact us via web, including applying for our rental units.

We selected Moonbite based on a recommendation. Upon interviewing them and researching their work, their abilities, as well as their cost, we have decided to hire Moonbite to overhaul existing site, develop new sites and maintain our web presence. They've done a fantastic job for many years.

We have discussed our needs and our goals. The team at Moonbite prepared mockup sites, including developing 3-D floor plans for our units. We've had several virtual meetings with them going over the needs, any changes, and our goals. They were very easy to work with. They have made many valuable suggestions. Developed new sites for us, got them live on the web and increased our web presence.

They have maintained our sites to be current with ever changing technology, updated content as needed and throughout the years have made and implemented different suggestions to keep our sites current.

A vice president of the company was our main contact. There was a team of developers that worked on our sites but the main contact remained the vice president. They've always made the process seamless even though our companies are located across the globe from each other.

We never felt the distance or the time difference having any impact on our ability to work together and communicate easily to achieve our goals.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching new sites we could finally say we have a real presence on the web. We have seen an increase in lead generation, we've gotten direct applications through our websites. This was a game changer for us in a world that moved from print to online.

We had a design meeting, followed by periodic meeting to review progress and discuss any changes. All was done online through different platforms. Once the sites were launched, most of the communication was done via email. Moonbite was always super responsive and attentive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing we found out is that even though our companies are on opposite sides of the globe and very different time zones, we never felt the time or distance difference while working with Moonbite.

It never had any affect on the projects. They were easy to work with, professional, and with the ability to develop great products on multiple platforms.

Are there any areas for improv ement or something they could have done differently?

No site is ever perfect. In Moonbite's case, if there were any errors they fixed them right away. There is not much they can improve on.

The challenge was to create a new eCommerce for our brand. We had simple goal - move our offer from offline to online. We have over 10k products in our offer so last time show us that even if the nich is specific ppl are looking for out products online.

We used to work with Moonbite in the past so we did not see any other option.

We decided to go online with our offer and products. Because the niche is specific and mostly b2b we did not have an idea hot to start. So the main goal was to create a mockups and come up with functionality. We created a new brand so we had to move fast, deadline was set and our goals presented. Main goals was to: 1. Great design 2. Functionality ( modules for B2B after login and registration and for B2C if there is a client who wants to buy our products ) 3. Support after we go online Ofcourse optimisation for seo and conversions was very important but as Moonbite says, this is standard and we do not even have to talk about. They will handle all this, anyway we are newbies so did not understand more at first, they explained everything. PHP, LARAVEL, VUE.JS, JAVA SCRIPT, DEDICATED ECOMMERCE based on our needs and habits with other software we have in our office.

I am not sure how many ppl were working on our project but we had and still have a contact to our project manager.

As a resoult we got an awesome online store. Very happy - after few weeks we can tell that this was a great idea. We can see increase in orders each week - no bugs, great support from Moonbite.

The idea to create a new website appeared when we saw a huge growth in our company which we have been building for over 11 years. The new website has to show us as professional service providers in our industry and help in increasing our reach for potential clients in a whole country, not only in our region.

How did you select Moonbite and what were the deciding factors?

We decided to hire Moonbite since we have heard a lot of good information about their services and professionalism. After only one meeting we knew that it the partner we are looking for. The rest was just a pleasure.

We did not want to use any of the open-source cms available because we had bad experiences with them in the past. So this was the main point we had. But, we want our website to be built in a common language. All the design materials like logo, images, and text content were on our site. We also provide some samples of what we did like and what we thought was a bad design. The technology they have used is a custom made cms written in PHP.

I do not know the details about exact technology - this is not the point here for me to know - everything supposed to be optimized for SEO and speed - we are very happy with what we got from Moonbite and will continue working with them in the future,

The main person from Moonbite side was the project manager. We were introduced to the whole team at the meeting before kick-off. So there were 4 people plus the Project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After we have launched a new web we hired them to additional modules for our warranty services. That was a greatest idea we have made - this saved us a lot of time dealing with our customers and the new website made a huge impact on how we were judged by new clients browsing our website. We have increased our traffic by 30% but this was not the case. We have a focus on the specific niche lead generation so the number of leads we got was magnificent.

The whole process went very smooth and easy for us. We have been engaged more at the beginning but after we have all sets up they started to work trying to engage us as little as possible witch was great for us, we could focus on our work. We had access to a project management system where we could see the status of all tasks and contact the project manager assigned to our project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First of all, they were very transparent and honest talking with us about the budgets, how the process will go, what are their experiences with working with clients ( bad and good ), and why they need us the most at the beginning. How would I want to work with them and what do I expect and after that we started talking about the money. I was shocked by how much advice we got even before we sign anything. That made us believe this is the perfect partner for us.

No, everything was great for us.

In 2020 we start the project with a new plateform they create and they took what we had and put our old site with a new design on thei plateform. In 2022, with new fonctionality need for our site, they switch our site on the wordpress plateform so we could have all the fonctionality we need.
