Conceptualising the idea of generating bus tickets for tier II & III cities online was a challenging and Monkhub seemed to be quite supportive. Then idealising the concept of GPS tracking of the bus, and after envisioning the entire idea, an app was created that garnered a lot of public interest. In the initial stages of the project, they familiarized us with a structured plan that would be followed until the app launch and the technology that would be used in the project. The information architecture was laid and wireframes and prototypes were designed by them to give us a rough idea of how the app would look.
