We decided to transfer the software we had to new technologies. The transition to new technologies was a long-term process, and our main focus was functionality. We left design and user experience for last. We gave our employees that task, but the result was not good.

Looking for an external partner, we came to Moin Studio UG. Based on the presentation and several test interfaces, we were satisfied and started cooperating. We have been working together for several months now and are delighted with the quality, approach, communication and professionalism.

The deliverable is the brand book including logo and company color schemes. We have hired Moin Studio to provide a complete UX/UI design service, starting from usability research and a general UX Audit of an existing digital product, to suggest usability and accessibility improvements for the mentioned digital product. The key deliverables were a UX Audit with an evaluation of the quality of the user interface, navigation, and other elements and suggestions to improve the product's overall user experience and information architecture.

From there, the designers at the studio provided new website organisation, wireframes and the final design for the improved product. Furthermore, they presented both research findings and design proposals directly to the clients and they were actively guiding and supporting our development team.

After each completed project phase, we ran client revisions and evaluation sessions that ensured that we were always on the right track, often ahead of schedule.
