• Position Bimser as a leading enterprise software brand on social media by taking full ownership of LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube for both the Türkiye and Global accounts, replacing fragmented, ad hoc posting with a single, consistently managed content system.
• Unify Bimser's visual identity across every touchpoint, from print materials and email newsletters to product launch assets, so that each product family (QDMS, eBA Plus, Synergy AI, bEAM) is instantly recognizable and consistent with the brand system.
• Support product marketing with visual and video content that explains complex enterprise software clearly, generating qualified engagement and demo interest from decision makers in regulated industries.

The agency serves as our primary creative partner, supporting a broad range of design, branding, and digital marketing needs. Their scope of work covers the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, email headers, digital advertisements, event and exhibition booth designs, newsletter visuals, and other branded assets. They are also responsible for producing both product and customer success story videos, handling the entire production process from concept development and video editing to post-production. In addition, the agency manages our corporate social media presence by planning, designing, and delivering visual content and social media posts aligned with our marketing strategy. Beyond ongoing projects, they provide ad hoc creative support whenever needed, such as logo design and adaptation, app store visuals, campaign assets, and other design requests. Overall, they act as an extension of our marketing team, delivering creative solutions across virtually all visual communication and digital branding activities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Bimser Global LinkedIn delivered 613,403 impressions in 5 months, a 353% increase, and gained 418 new followers (13% growth), bringing the account to 3,638 followers.

Synergy AI LinkedIn nearly doubled in 5 months: 988 new followers (93% growth) to reach 2,052, alongside 136,046 impressions, up 48.5% versus the previous period.

Bimser Türkiye LinkedIn grew by 975 new followers in 5 months, a 5.5% increase on an already established base, taking the page to 18,563 followers in a highly competitive enterprise software market.

Consistent with deadlines, very good with communication, feedback and and quick to solve any issues. Detail oriented, overall good project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to prioritize work, delivering less time consuming projects first, time and team allocation is good. They try to fully understand the project and needs first before starting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Moda Kreatif could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be the final quality control process before project delivery. While the team consistently meets deadlines and manages projects well, there are occasional minor issues during particularly busy periods, such as typography errors, small design inconsistencies, or logo placement that could be caught with a more thorough final review. From a creative perspective, we would also appreciate seeing more proactive design recommendations. The team is very responsive to our feedback and executes our ideas well, but we would like them to bring more original concepts and creative alternatives to the table instead of relying primarily on the references or directions we provide. A more proactive creative approach would add even greater value to our collaboration.

Moda Kreatif built our website from the ground. Designed the logo, typography etc. Established and connected our social media accounts with each other, making sure that 360 experience is conveyed through various channels. Managed our marketing budget for Instagram, Facebook ads. Created content and gave content ideas. Everything related to our corporate identity was conducted by Moda Kreatif. They managed to convey our message very well.

Increased brand recognition and consistency, measured through improved engagement rates and stronger audience recall across digital channels.

Higher website performance, reflected in improved conversion rates, reduced bounce rates, and increased time-on-page.

Growth in qualified leads and overall ROI, demonstrated by improved campaign CTRs, lower cost-per-acquisition, and sustained month-over-month traffic increases.
