Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They are extremely hardworking. This project was very complex and probably more difficult than even they thought it was going to be, so I know they’ve gone above and beyond to get this done on our timeframe. The app is really beautiful, extremely smooth, easy to use, and well put together.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication is great; I have communication with them day or night, and they’ve gotten back to me and showed us that they’re working very hard on it. They’re responsive to any issues that come up.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their work ethic and kindness made them stand out. They are working very hard !

They company is amazing and amazed me to so many levels that their are no improvements needed

Our relationship has been very collaborative, and the team has been able to deliver on time and within the budget. They use Basecamp and we use a different tool internally called Zira. We communicate with the team daily and have weekly recaps. It’s been fantastic.

Mobulous's enthusiasm for the project is my favorite part about working with them. They deliver much faster than we can review, which is amazing. The most impressive thing I found was the level of detail in the project management.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to develop an app in which all the features we thought of are integrated and which work. So that it exists a completely new way to play live poker.

We searched online for companies in India and chose 5 companies and contacted them all. 3 companies have contacted us, including Mobulous, who quickly contacted us and made a good and friendly impression.

Mobulous developed the contract, the mockups, and the detailed listings of our required features, as well as the design for the iOS and the Android App, and also the functionality and design of our website.

What was the team composition?

We got a total of 3 different project managers through the duration of our project, each with 2-3 frontend and 2-3 backend developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we started completely at 0 and we have a relatively small marketing budget available, the outcome is not yet enormous. However, we have already been able to record over 600 downloads/registrations.

If we continue to successfully pitch our project and raise fresh work capital, we will put more into advertising. And then we are very sure that we will generate several 1000 downloads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

For our taste, communication could have been a little more transparent. Often problems or feedback were only answered when we asked for it. However, this became a bit better with the third project manager. But the replies always came very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing for us was that the team from Mobulous worked overtime on some issues. They often worked until 1am (or even on holidays) on the issues to fix them as fast as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As a suggestion for improvement we can only say that it would be better to get more feedback/questions from Mobluous in case of ambiguities in order to better understand this feature and not just get programmed.

To then say afterwards "you didn't say that, if you want it that way now you have to pay that extra" and that for points that are actually clear (so you don't have to explain this feature in detail)

We're a company involved in the Fantasy Football Industry. We offer people a service to improve they Fantasy Football Teams by giving them immediate Feedback on a trade they're thinking about. I'm the CEO of the company.

We needed to outsorce the creation of the APP since we were just an Instagram page. We needed the a quick, friendly user APP that gave the user immediate answer on their questions, instead of having to reply at every single message. We didn't have any internal developers so we asked Mobolous Techologies to develop both Android and iOS Apps and they've done an Amazing job.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a friendly user APP, improve active users and be a good company within the Fantasy Football Industry.

How did you select this vendor?

We did many researchs from google trying to get a good developer that was interested in our project. We wanted someone that believed in our APP and we've contacted over 50 companies. The deciding factors were the fact that they liked our idea, they were honest from the beginning regarding the steps to make it happen. The selection was done by me and my brother, who's my company partner.

We wanted a tool were you select players, and the APP gives you feedback about what happens if you trade them. We contribute by giving them ideas, and they will reply back with every idea improved and done better. They provided design, strategy, development and support. Platform were Android and iOS, we didn't need a site.

We were giving a Project Manager, who was incredible good, we discussed the financial side with the CEO.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've almost 500 downloads in less than 3 months of time (the season is short, so you can use the APP just in those months). Our Instagram page has gone up like a rocket with over 4k members in just a year. The results are above our expectations and the users love the APP. App is doing great, no bugs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication and scheduling was good, can't complain at all. We're communicating through email, skype calls and team viewer. Time difference and Language was not a barrier, they were really kind in order to give us good hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're quick and smart. They know what they're doing, they make things easy for you. And that was what we needed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We can't complain. We had an idea and the outcome of the process was the idea itself.

What were your goals for this project?

The difference between a goal and a dream is having an actionable plan to achieve your goal. We wanted to provide our users with the support to follow through with achieving their goals.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed multiple companies and decided to go with Mobulous.

Once we began it started with selecting and finalizing wife frames to make sure we were all on the same page with what the app would look like and how the user experience would progress from screen to screen. After approving this step the first piece of programming was completed, again after approval, we moved onto the final step in programming.

There were also some extra features that I wanted added in (and decided on late) that Mobulous took care of and basically just added on as a final step after completing the other steps we had agreed on.

What was the team composition?

I was assigned a project manager that took care of everything. Nikita was my goto contact and was always available for questions, concerns, changes, etc. It was very simple having one person to be in contact with who understood the entire app design concept.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app was a success! It turned out as I had envisioned it and all of my expectations were met. I still need to make a few changes on my end and update the video library, but that is something that I will complete before our big launch coming up here in the next couple months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great! We stuck to the original schedule as agreed upon and as explained by Anil. Nikita kept us on track and was very helpful and responsive to my questions and concerns.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed with how quickly communication occurred back and forth even though we were on opposite sides of the world in completely different time zones. This caused a few issues just from a scheduling standpoint, but they were very quickly resolved and Nikita did a great job of communicating with me in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only areas of improvement I can see would be on the creative design side. If you know what you want, Mobulous will create it for you and I think you will be very happy with the end product. Suggestions for ways to improve the visual appeal could be something beneficial that they could add.

If you have already taken time to think through the design you will benefit greatly from their ability to create just about anything you could send their way.

I’m the founder of a travel app called Travolong.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mobulous Technologies?

I needed help with app development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I told them my ideas as to how I wanted the app to work and the technologies I wanted involved, like Google APIs. They came up with their own ideas and their own wireframes. I wanted users to log in first, but they told me it’s difficult to make them log in every time, so they said they could do a perpetual login. The app is built for iOS and Android. The framework is PHP and it’s hosted on a Google platform.

What is the team composition?

There were 5–6 developers. There was an Android developer, an iOS developer, a UI expert, a PHP developer, and a few others. My main point of contact was the team lead.

How did you come to work with Mobulous Technologies?

Some friends and colleagues suggested 2–3 companies. Mobulous understood what needed to be done in the app and made suggestions. They knew the new technologies on the market.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2017 and the app was delivered in January 2018. There is some ongoing work (maintenance).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of work is exceptionally good. They’re good at what they do. They give amazing support. Those who have downloaded the app like the flow. The UI/UX is very good. Users from several countries have downloaded it.

The developers were good.They have in-depth knowledge of how technologies work, such as how Google works in terms of coding sources and Firebase.

How did Mobulous Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is good. They use Basecamp to interact.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with their willingness to work on my app according to my expectations. They worked late hours into the evening for my project and made sure my work got done. It was tremendous.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s important to stay knowledgeable about the latest technology that can be used in the app. This goes for any company.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should be able to explain what you want. Nothing is impossible for them to develop.

I’m one of the founders of vowsandwishes.com, a social media platform for Indian weddings. We are a gift registry offering a whole ensemble of wedding gifts for sale. We have around 5 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mobulous?

Initially, we wanted them to design and develop the website and apps for vowsandwishes.com. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We discussed our needs and they sent us a scope for the project. They designed the website and the user interface. There’s a backend for the website that our admin controls. The admin then controls the kind of products that are listed. Mobulous has developed the functionality of our multi-vendor store. A vendor gets a login where they can upload their products, check their account, and see what orders they’re getting. The super-admin controls these things.

We also built native iOS and Android apps from scratch. Mobulous created wireframes, the UI design, and developed them. The app has an e-commerce functionality along with a lot of other features. They’ve used PHP, JSON, JavaScript. For the front-end Android, I think they were using the latest Google release. For iOS, they were using Swift.

How did you come to work with Mobulous?

We found them on a Google search and then we checked their reviews on various other websites. We saw their profile on Upwork and similar websites. We found the reviews were good. We are both in Noida, which was beneficial because we wanted to regularly visit them and have detailed conversations. We met Anil [Sharma, CEO]. We found he understood our product immediately.

How much have you invested with Mobulous?

We have spent in the range of $13,000 to $14,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January of this year. The apps have been launched in both stores. The team is still taking care of the maintenance part of the website and apps.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Right now, we are in the process of onboarding the vendors. It’s a very targeted app so we haven’t even marketed to the masses. We’ll be starting that in about a month’s time, that’s why don’t have feedback yet.

The PHP lead worked hard on some of the technical issues which I originally thought would take a lot of time. There was a Gmail contact integration issue that kept recurring. Their technical team is very strong and resolved it in the end.

How did Mobulous perform from a project management standpoint?

I was in touch with their project manager. I was also in touch with their lead developer for PHP, Android, and for design. From time to time, I still communicate with them on Skype. Larger problems or objectives were handled on Basecamp. They used that to upload the products regularly.

What did you find most impressive about Mobulous?

The great thing about Mobulous is that whenever I give feedback, they listen to us. There’s an easy flow of information between me and the developer. That’s very important because they understand what I’m telling them and they’re able to complete it. I would say their development team has worked very well, especially the PHP development team.

Are there any areas Mobulous could improve?

One area I would warn them to improve is their timeliness. The project got delayed by almost 3 months. It’s a big project and I know it takes time. But if we had managed time for some things, we would have finished about a month earlier. There were critical aspects of the project which were incomplete. Once they got completed, we had to check them again so it took a little bit of time.

Jiyo India basically started one year ago when my boss came up with the idea in the healthcare sector. Through this app, a patient is able to book an appointment with their doctor or hospital. I'm the project coordinator.

I was searching for a mobile app development company on Google, and I found Mobulous. I was searching for a company in the Noida region as we are also located in Noida. I just found Mobulous in Noida, and our sales team gave them a call. We arranged a meeting with them. They got the requirements from that, and from there they were developing the app.

We are already impressed with Mobulous as they approach the completion of the project. The start was very good. They will take care of each and every requirement from the client, and their project quality service is always in touch with us for every minute detail regarding a project.

It started in May 2016 and is ongoing.

The Android app is in the market, and we're hoping the iOS version will be in a week. Android was released a few days back, and we're already expecting a good response.

For project management, they're using Basecamp. The project coordinator communicated with us via Skype or Basecamp. They have one business analyst, one UI/UX [user interface/user experience] developer, an Android developer, iOS developer, one guy for the backend, a project coordinator, and a QA [quality assurance specialist].

What did you find most impressive about Mobulous Technologies?

The service I have received from Mobulous is very good. As far as our clients, their response is good. I think their approach of handling the project is very good.

Being a start-up, Mobulous has all the qualities that a start-up could have. They are already on a path to improvement and have tons of technology.

Two of them the three apps are available on iOS and Android. The last is just for Android.

We had a unique idea for an app, and no other companies were able to help me with what we were trying to develop. Mobulous was able to understand the idea. I interviewed many companies, and Mobulous was the last company we came across. When I met their team and their owner [founder and CEO Anil Sharma], they already had a good understanding of what we wanted. The team is very sharp and had an excellent understanding of the product.

Two of the apps were $10,000 to $20,000, and the third one was around $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Mobulous from 2014 to 2015 on three apps.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

They are all live in the app stores. They are being downloaded successfully by many people. We have quite a number of good reviews for each. I can't tell you the number of downloads. I can tell you the installs are somewhere between 1,000 and 5,000.

What did you find most impressive about Mobulous?

If you have something in mind, you can just tell them. They understand the idea, and they suggest to you many other components that you can put together, and the best idea comes out in the end. I have not seen this ability in any other company.

Are there any areas Mobulous could improve?

I'm highly satisfied with the work they have done for me. They have few flaws. The sales team was excellent. The development team was excellent. They have delivered good projects for me.
