We hired Mobius to take over from our previous outsourced software team. We were of course looking for a team with the right skillset but above all, a team with really good communication practices in place, as that was where the relationship with the previous team fell down. We've been really impressed with Mobius over the first 12 months of working together.

It's never easy taking over a software project from another company, who have their own methods of building solutions, but Mobius have handled it really well and their communication has been largely faultless throughout. Our product is built in Node.js, Vue.js and PHP and Mobius had to acquire new knowledge of the WordPress platform, which they didn't have previosuly. I feel much more confident about the stability and future of the product now it's in the hands of Mobius.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Daily update (via message) on work in progress / completed, Weekly call on the same. I've been paying particular attention to the quality of their communication, and it's been excellent.

We work with Mobius on a set number of hours per month, rather than set deadlines for individual projects. This has worked really well and work is done at a much faster rate than the previous supplier.
